Spotless The oven, inside and top burners and all sinks And counters had the " Sparkle Glow." There were at least 4 layers of dirt and grime on my floors. Geoff and his wife came to my house knowing that I was looking to have my EXTREMELY small condo, 1000 ft.², cleaned for no more than $70 per service. After a thorough examination of my home, they happily and eagerly agreed to clean my house that price. Then, they immediately asked me to pay a 70% premium, (or $120) for the first cleaning. I reluctantly agreed. A few weeks later, Geoff returned, with one additional helper. It took him exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes to clean my entire house. The home was adequately cleaned, but not to the degree that I would have hoped. The next day I received an email stating that in order to clean my house, they would have to raise the price to $90. This is after agreeing to clean for $70. To me, this bait and switch scheme felt preplanned, and fraudulent. It seems as though they agreed to the $70, simply to get the initial cleaning for $120, cleaned my house, one time, and then raised the price by 20%. I don't find this company to be honest, qualified, or even worth contacting. I would not feel comfortable with them in my house or yours. Please make sure to consider who you are allowing into your home and whether or not you believe that they are honest and are able to do the cleaning job that you are expecting. Allied Janitorial certainly falls significantly below in all categories. Their cleaning is subpar, and their ability to keep their word is questionable at best, and perhaps even fraudulent.

This was a rental property that was transitioning tenants, so I needed a service that can HELP ME not need me to compromise my time, money and angst over whether or not they'll actually do what was planned. I spoke with Kathy and she was as accommodating as I needed. Worked out perfectly, a 3-person crew was able to come out within 2 hours of the phone call. Which was 1 hour before I was able to get there. I provided my garage code and then they started cleaning. 3 ppl is perfect as it makes the cleaning FAST. When I arrived, a 3-person crew was there as planned, they had a clearly marked car/van indicating who they were (I think they also had company branded shirts). They whore masks and gloves, cleaned all the usual stuff but also blinds & ceiling fans. Another thing I thought was helpful is they asked me if there was anything they can clean that wasn't typical. This is important because often times with services like this things go unasked or assumed. In short, as a landlord I'm always looking for a service that can help me. If I find one then I'm a repeat customer. I definitely will be because they made my life a lot easier that day AND the final invoice was within their estimated cost!

The cleaners were punctual and I gave them instructions that I would like focus on the baseboards (we have a dog - they get dirty) and I also let them know they could completely skip the other two rooms, which to me means the rest of the house could easily be cleaned within the allotted time. When I came home, the house lacked that "wow - this is so clean!" feeling we've had in the past. I was stepping on crumbs, there is lots of debris left in the carpet, and there were other problems (see photos). To me, it was more of a normal weekly touch-up cleaning, definitely nothing deep about it. Also, on their website it explicitly says "no laundry or dishes", but they didn't make the beds, which I've never experienced. Seems like something that would be included? I'm also disappointed they have not responded to my concerns - most companies are quick to address customer feedback.
