The lease is cut and dry, and knew I had everything lined up but just to be sure I wanted someone knowledgeable to review my termination of tenancy letter. And I know she has plenty of money to have fixed all that was going on in the house. I feel that she made the home uninhabitable by allowing mold to accumulate. That's under the house had vermin coming in and out skunks and raccoons. That I heard and seen and would keep me up at night. The main reason I feel I have a good case is because I got sick what a urinary tract infection that I feel I got it because of the mold that was in the house front windows and in the bathroom I used. She also blocked exits from the garage with clutter and had a lot of clutter in the other rooms. The mold in the front windows were very bad the code enforcement took pictures of it the mold was so bad it was growing and finding its way or the plants were finding their way in the house through the window I have photos. I have witnesses my neighbor down the street is a witness to everything that was going on in that house. And I did request for her to fix things but she never did and I also have photos of roaches and of the vents and the mold and the clutter and the block exits and the reason I am suing cuz I would like her to pay me the two nights that I had to leave at home to go to a hotel I had to have a brain CT scan a stomach CT scan to discover that because of my immune system lowered because of the mold I have to I got a UTI infection and I really feel the mold affected my cognitive and made me feel very ill and went to the hospital to er. Urgent Care. And I had breathing problems I wake up in the middle of the night and I could not breathe. And there was a chemical smell in the house and a very bad mildew dampness in the house. I have some text telling her that these problems have been going on too long. And she never fixed anything. Not long before I moved out a part of the porch ceiling to be exact they were the gutters that were full of dirt and plants were being beginning to grow on them well that almost fell on our heads and I screamed.
