My husband and I lost our camper due to a tree falling on it, we have one specific camper that we want for a replacement and cannot find it remotely close to where we live in South Alabama, San Antonio RV had one them being 622 miles away we wanted to ensure the camper was in good condition. I called them and they insured me that the camper was in great condition told me that they would get more pictures the next day well I never heard from the sales guy that I was speaking to. Come to find out he was off the next day so my husband called spoke to a different salesperson again he was insured this camper was in great condition the sells person was supposed to call towards the end of the day because we told him that we were going to be on the way to look at it and purchase it if it look does nice as the pictures and passed our inspection, needless to say no phone call and later found out he left work early. Going against our better judgement we decided to head that way. Long story short after taking off work, driving 622 miles one way, spending over $400 gas hotel and food that camper was a utter disaster. The exterior was absolutely horrible It would have been an embarrassment to be at a campground (AI did a good job with the pictures). The floor and cabinets in the kitchen were soft due to a previous water leak, countertops were wrinkeld and pealing, none of the pass-through or exterior door latches worked, they had fixed a spot by rivets which left a gap where water could enter on the exterior, the exterior seals did not exist, we asked them about the tires, knowing if we bought the camper we would be driving 622 miles home with it they said the tires were made in 2021 we asked him if they were going to replace them due to recommendations of replacing camper tires every 5 years they said no the tires were in good condition. The tires were an extreme bad shape they said well there's a shop we use and it'll be $4,500 for six tires who in their right mind would charge or pay $700 per tire? The list can go on and on things that we saw while inspecting interior and exterior of that camper. And they still proceeded to tell us that that camper was in great condition. Just be aware if you plan on traveling to this business or buying a used camper from them Do a thorough inspection or hire an inspector.

I am learning to make small repairs myself, but we call in Adrift to take care of the critical or larger issues to keep our family protected, and comfortable. Since we've had our rig, they've added slide toppers, a couple of new awnings and several other things that have really improved our quality of life. This week we replaced our Norcold RV fridge with a residential Frigidaire model. Very similar from the front, but much larger capacity internally, and I'm certain this new fridge will be more reliable, especially the freezer. Our fridge sits in our service side slide, and Adrift modified the platform the fridge sits on to lower the fridge down, at our request, so that it would be more convenient for us, and also would allow us a storage cubby on top. If you've lived in a toy hauler 5th wheel, you know how tight they are for storage. They did an excellent job with everything, added new trim around the fridge to make it really look right at home. We're very happy with the job, and overall have been very happy with the service, quality workmanship, friendliness and reliability from Adrift.

Country RV was our answer, and just a few days after dropping off the RV we were back on the road....we did have some issues after getting the rig back, but this is where their honesty and interiority shined through. They owned up to the problem 110% and fixed the issue, and then some. Now that is amazing customer service. Most other shops probably would have shifted the blame. So thankful for the honest people at Country RV.

After a scramble to learn the options, I chose the path of swapping out the cooling unit. I had been to Country RV previously and like the vibe I got there, so called to see if they could handle replacing a cooling unit. They said yes, no problem, and quoted me a price and time frame. They had to order the cooling unit, but once it arrived they got my trailer in next morning and had it ready that afternoon. I allowed it to remain overnight, however, so the technician could monitor the new cooling unit, which he was happy to do. My fridge was back in business then, and continues to work as well as ever as I write this in August. This was the first time I've ever put an RV in a shop, and I am delighted to report an excellent experience. They did exactly what they said they'd do, and the price was perfectly fair.
