They put me in an RV with 80% full propane tanks, no working fridge the whole 6 weeks and never fixed anything. Also late and short paid me for my "management training" there. 3. There are 4 gold colored cows that live better than Trump there. they have 40ish acres of pasture, a 24 7 flow through water trough. One "staff" member just "keeps the cows" leaves his brand new artic cat out in the rain etc. The mangager conned me out of 65 dollars but I paid her based on her word. They are just liars on a power trip there. DO NOT patronize this place with their overpriced sites. And definitley do not send any Godly good friends or family of yours there to "work" for anyting other than free rent. Luckily I was able to love the meanies anyway. Made an appointment online to drop off 2 2019 vehicles for oil change, tire rotation and 1 vehicle to get a State inspection, 1 that was purchased there (never again). Was told there were 5 cars in front of us and we were offered a ride. 3.5 hours later I call to check on the vehicles, advised need a couple more hours. 2 hours late I call and they are sending the shuttle, vehicles almost done. 1 hr later no shuttle (We live 10 mins away) so my son in law takes us to the dealer. Its now been almost 8 hours and I've wasted my and my wife's entire day off waiting. Get to the dealer and "Oh, I'm sorry it's been a very busy day" I say to the service advisor Dave, "8 hours for 2 oil changes, I made an appointment for 0800." A blonde lady, who had a phone in her ear, rudely says "That's just to meet your service advisor" and continues on with what she's doing. No where on the appt scheduler does it say that, and I've never waited 8 hours when I went to Maxwell Ford (Which we have several times, and will be going back to for future service AND sales). $145.00 later we walk out, I'm pissed off, no offer of a discount for our problems, no thank you, no service manager to be found. Sorry Griffithfordsanmarcos.com, but you lost a potentially loyal customer who will NEVER step foot in your dealer again, and will NEVER recommend another friend or family member again to your place.
