I have been living in a Doral community managed by Roger Reyes with company.This is by far one of the most corrupt, uneducated, liberals, Nazi, racist, on a power trip property manager I have ever seen. I have had the police department constantly harassed me at my home for the smallest minor complaint whether it's from my car parked legally with a pass in a visitor spot for a day with 50 other spots open so it's not like it was lack of parking.others will park there as well but they are board members of the community so their cars won't be touched (corruption) The police have been called for several occasions during broad daylight for some kind of noise complaint (six times) I made great friends with the police department because they were frustrated constantly coming here for no reason other than Roger the property manager who is in cahoots with the board members that live there calling them. Roger will be the one to tow your car or call the city code enforcement department on you or the police or put ridiculous stickers on your car I would not recommend moving into any community that is ran by this group. They really need to restructure their process and how to treat community members that live there this is not Prison in Guantánamo Bay read more

Allied Property is amazing. I have had to personally speak with them on two occasions to resolve an issue with my tenant application and to address questions due to an assessment imposed. They have been both responsive and extremely professional in their communication. Frankly, they are highly knowledgeable and skilled in this field. Please take bad reviews with a grain of salt, most people who are uninformed blame the property management company for mishandling and miscommunication caused by the association board. I myself have educated myself in the process and in my particular case, most issues arose due to the association's board not due to any fault with the property management company. I have found them to be extremely helpful and extremely professional in their dealings and I am happy to see that the board has been able to contract a wonderful company that does their best to manage non-responsive board members and critical and inpatient homeowners. It has been a pleasure working with them, and they have been the only ones to handle any issues I've brought and raised in a timely and professional manner. read more

This company has a law suite against them for fraud and grand theft by Doral Pines. The owner has no respect for home owners and is extremely vindictive , and think he owns the communities he manages. The community is poorly maintained, owner suffer harassment and intimidation tactics, he is constantly threaten to sue people , just to silence them and to intimidate, when someone irritates him, or make questions about documents. Property managers should be working for homeowners to help resolve issues and not to create them.. Living in Venezia Lakes, Allied Property Group has always been the management company. They have maintained the property clean, manicured and simply beautiful. Security is friendly, efficient and by the book, which I applaud! Most of all, I have been working with Leidy in the office and she is great! She always responds right away, is courteous and is very efficient. I would say an asset for Allied for sure! I live in venezia lakes, in July I had a problem with the payment of the club house, I called HOA allied property and the problem was solved, in the month of August I had the same problem and I called again and the same person attended me again (ARELIS ALMONTE ) and he resolved the situation once and for all, he even helped me how to do so that it did not happen again, he is a very patient, kind and very professional person. Not to forget there was a huge problem with the Sex offender seen in the property. Omaida Arbide, is a person that i would never even want to deal with. Once we reported issue to her she said she cant help since she is going on vacation. Lots of empty units. Worst place to live. There are kids throwing small pebble rocks to windows. Your car might get towed or u might wake up to sticker on your car without any reason. There are rats in the community. Allied property group took over our condos property a June 1st and I've had two issues to call them for problems I couldn't solve for the past six months months and in less than one week they contacted me and responded to the emails promptly with suggestions and paperwork when I needed it and resolved the issues that have been going on for six months.
