In July 2021 my boyfriend & I moved into this apartment, in the Merrimack building unit 101. The unit we got was so dark it was like a cave, and on top of that there were NO lights in the unit aside from in the kitchen & bathroom. There were holes in the wall that they had plastered over, and never painted the wall again after covering them (see photos). It took us WEEKS to get maintenance to come in to paint over the patches. Blinds were broken as well in both the living room and bedroom (see photos) and it took them over 3+ weeks for them to replace them. There was a giant dried up spider's nest on the ceiling of our bedroom & a roach in our bathroom (both pictured!) The worst was the giant RAT on our patio! When we informed the leasing office of this they couldn't care less and said "it happens". There were multiple circumstances where maintenance just walked right into our unit without calling or speaking to my boyfriend or I first because they didn't think we were home. Do you want to live somewhere they go into your unit unannounced? I wish I had installed cameras...I can only wonder how many times they did that when we WERE NOT there to catch them. While they don't mind coming in unannounced, they certainly don't do the jobs you ask them to do! NONE OF THIS IS EVEN THE WORST PART! It got even worse AFTER we moved out. We broke our lease early, it was supposed to end in September 2022 and we moved out in April 2022. We gave them a 60 day notice, as well as paid a $4,108 lease break fee as agreed to in the lease. Upon moving out we had no issues, or so I thought. 2 months after moving out I received a letter in the mail from a collections agency stating that Cabot Crossing sent us to collections for $275 worth of cleaning fees! Which is absolutely ridiculous considering we left our unit in 10x better condition than it was upon moving in, it was basically spotless and I took PLENTY of photos & videos to prove it if they'd like to challenge me on that. Also, $125 of these "cleaning fees" were for carpet cleaning when we were in a unit that was ALL HARDWOOD!! How does it get any more fraudulent than that? They also never even attempted to contact us prior to sending these "cleaning fees" to collections which is illegal. When I got this collection letter I immediately called and the office said they had no idea what cleaning fees that it was referring to, and I even have an email from them from June 2022 stating our account shows ZERO BALANCE. It has now been over a year since we moved out and I have attempted to contact both cabot crossing & the property management company hundreds of times with no response. Every time I'm told there's new management, in January 2023 the new manager told me yes these charges were incorrect & that he would reach out to the collections agency to get them removed. Great right?? Nope. He never did it, and I have called & emailed countless times since then to follow up and get no response. My next step is going to be just showing up and refusing to leave until they fix this situation. The ONLY response I have gotten was from the property management company as a reply to my BBB review, stating that we owe these fees because we broke our lease early...which doesn't make any sense considering I have a receipt FROM THEM stating we paid our lease break fee and that it's for these fraudulent cleaning fees!!! I have uploaded all the proof I have proving everything I've stated in this review is 100% true. Please for the love of god do not move here, unless you want your credit thrown in the trash. This was my first apartment after turning 18 and if I could do anything to go back in time and stop myself from signing the lease I would. You have been WARNED. Also, as I am sure someone from Cabot Crossing or Two Coast Living management will be reading this, I will NOT stop until my situation is rectified. I expect to be contacted ASAP.

For us buyers, This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and a huge Clickbait in order to obtain new sales leads and exploiting your customer's property to drive business for yourself. I would like to publicly share my story via this platform since all your "Potential" sellers or buyers should be aware of the shady business model Christian Doherty manages his company. My wife and I made a very high fair offer by several thousand dollars way above the asking price on Saturday, June 28th, 2020 after attending a very disorganized and unsafe and not socially distancing "Open house". This Lister not only ignores our offer but also never replied back to any emails or calls made by our Licensed realtor. It was only until this morning where my realtor sent one final email proposing to present our offer to the seller along with their presence is when they finally replied back. Their answer was simply stating that the seller is very emotional and is having a very tough time selling her childhood home. Therefore, all of the 24 received offers that have gone up to the upper $700,** K were never "answered". However, the customer already made a session over the weekend and went for the buyer with the highest percentage down for a deposit and not the high amount of money for their home. WELL if that is the case. Please TELL ME WHY you keep reposting several times this home as available and for the same amount of $579.99 on your Facebook page and your official company page???. This is such an unprofessional thing to do and I wonder how many other of the 24 buyers you have kept waiting all this time. CUSTOMERS!!!! They'll show you an apartment, but trust me it's not the one you're going to get. The one you're going to get is basically pretty shabby looking. If you want one that's been refurbished you're going to be paying probably about 200 bucks more a month. This frequent breakdowns. They're very slow in fixing them until you threaten to call the city and have them come out then they fix them. The other thing they do is that there's a condominium complex above them. They encourage the apartment residents to walk up into the condo association with their dogs. They don't clean up after their dogs and it's disgusting. And the simple thing they could do is they've not done is they could put a notice on all of the buildings they have that's saying do not go up into the condominiums that's private property. They don't do that. They actually subtly encourage you to go up there which is just ridiculous. And the fact is there's an awful lot of section 8 housing in there so you can imagine the type of quality people that are walking up into the condos.

Anyone that wants proof of what I'm saying please email Arieanna29@aim.com. Don't live here I have serious health complications due to mold. This is a bad bad company. Pictures say everything about what's going on in Princeton communities. If you're quiet and don't mind dying to mold you'll be fine. If you're ok with other residents harassing you and damaging your property and you don't complain you'll be fine. Complain and Princeton will TRY TO come for you. Be smart they are ignorant and the staff are stupid. I was in the hospital admitted for a seizure and Princeton sent a noise complaint to my apartment and nobody was there. Smh do not live in this property. Princeton has many properties in Ma, Maine, NH and I believe possibly Connecticut. Do not rent from them unless you want your rights as a human being to be violated.
