The facility is very modern and surprisingly clean, compared to the Vancouver Transfer Station. As mentioned in the name, they also accept piles of other stuff such as yard clippings, glass, wood, and metal. Pretty much a one stop shop, so people actually have a way to get rid of stuff instead of using random fields, gutters, and bushes like in Vancouver.

When I was on a call to book an appointment, I had told the person that I would want someone there exactly at 3:30pm. The person confirmed this for me and even sent me a text. However, on the day of the appointment at exactly 3:30pm I got a call saying that they will come by 4:30pm. I was annoyed because I had travelled a distance to be there and there was no way I was going back home. I conveyed my message to the person and he was very nice and apologized about this miscommunication. Promptly after that, they arrived in 30mins. The people who helped me were Jack and Haiden, both were super efficient and fast! They were very good at stacking the truck as well and charged me the right amount based on the volume. I had emailed a few companies but I hadn't heard back from them and was on a timeline. After searching on google one evening, I found the EZ Junk website and used their live chat function and had my questions answered. When it came down to booking a rental bin, Dayne (who I was talking to on the live chat) called me right away and completed the booking. Delivery was scheduled a few days later and was delivered during the time range given. Appreciated the quick response time as my texts were responded to very quickly. I also appreciated that their website was clear and easy to read, specifically what items were accepted and what items weren't. One thing that I was worried about with other companies was whether a rental bin could fit in the driveway as other companies had said on their website that there was a requirement to leave 20-50 feet of extra space in addition to the bin size for their truck to put the bin in place. EZ Junk has a hook-lift truck so they can maneuver the bins easily without the need for a lot of extra space. I highly recommend EZ Junk for your junk removal needs!
