She goes the extra distance to ensure our wants and needs will be met. I really like that she offers many suggestions of places to see and places to eat that I would have never thought of. From planning our family vacations in Portugal, Spain and Italy to this years African safari, our family feels as though they have really seen the world. Quite honestly, I wasn't really knowledgeable about the different things to do at all of these places but Nanci was like a walking tour guide making sure we would see all of the highlights of each city we visited. When we encountered downpour rain in Portugal,& did not want to tour the cobblestone city and found walking slippery and unsafe, she became argumentative and would not even involve herself in alternative booking solutions. I had spent well over $40k in bookings with her and she would only refer to an itinerary contract she sent as binding . I've had many travel excursions change bookings and find alternative solutions due to weather. She would not.

I booked a trip and she lied and said it was charged on my card and I kept asking for the statement and remaining balance for weeks and then after numerous emails and calls she charged my card like two months later and blamed accounting. I lived in Madison for years and will never use this travel agency again. I usually just find trips on my own anyway. If I were her manager I would question her ability to perform her job. Stay away from here and book on your own as it is not worth the hassle deAling with her, I am sure she is a good person, but not good at this job.
