Everything went as planned, from the gentlemen awaiting us at baggage claim in Dublin through our flight home. Our hotel was in the heart of Dublin and close to so many things to do! We enjoyed several tours: Trinity College, with the Long Room library & the Book of Kells, the Tea Bus Tour of Dublin, the amazing passage tombs at Newcastle & Nowth, the ruins of Mellifont Abbey, the Monasterboice cemetery & High Cross, and the Cliffs of Mohr. They were all fascinating and well planned. Erin recommended several restaurants in walking distance of our hotel, and we enjoyed them all, especially those with traditional Irish musicians! For my latest reservation the operator asked for the flight info of my client on the return and was there to pick him up after he'd arrived! I like this because no other cab company I've used before has volunteered to do this, otherwise I would not have known. I'm glad they are so accomodating and its nice in the age of Lyft and Uber because cab drivers still have a place for my clients who aren't savvy enough use a smartphone and will wait for them after coming off of a flight. Would recommend as they often have deals in the local paper advertisements for the Morris-Essex area, decent prices and good service.

Our most recent experience was this past December(2021). We took our entire family, all 15 of us, on a trip to the Galapagos islands, Peru and Machu Picchu.  The trip and it's transportation , excursions, guides, hotels and meals was well thought out and well planned. It actually exceeded our expectations,which were NOT low!  We rented an entire boat to accommodate all of us in the Galapagos islands. The boat was comfortable, the crew was capable and friendly, the guide was knowledgeable and helpful and the food was beyond delicious and beautiful!   Being in the Galapagos this way was a magical experience!  We then went to Peru and stayed in Cusco, an historic colonial city, enroute to Machu Picchu. Bill at Classic arranged amazing experiences for us such as rafting on the Urubamba River in Peru, riding to Machu Picchu on the Hiram Bingham train, a former Orient Express train and many other things. The transportation arrangements were flawless, the guides were helpful and knowledgeable. I really don't know what more to say to praise the team at Classic except to say that we have used them before. They earned our selection of them for the trip in December 2021 AND I will be using them again in the future!  In case it is useful for readers to know, Classic planned a remarkable trip for us to Belize for five days each in the mountains and in the shore. They also put together a wonderful trip for us and another couple to Argentina and Brazil. We were in Patagonia, Buenos Aries, Argentina, Iquzu Falls and Rio de Janeiro.  Their commitment to detail combined with their knowledge and resources have been of extraordinary benefit to us. She introduced us to the island of Moorea as well and we couldn't have been more pleased. I'm typically not one to utilize a travel agent as I enjoy planning my own itineraries but I don't think I'll ever book a trip without Mindy again. I must also add that Covid-19 postponed this trip about 5 times. Mindy worked with me and my wife at all hours and weekends to ensure we were still scheduled. Prior to arrival, we were required to provide Tahiti with extensive documentation to allow us into the country. We saw people get turned away at the airport due to lack of documentation. Mindy worked with local contacts and travel boards and provided us with organized lists of everything we needed. This certainly is not the norm and likely is not the typical level of service you'd receive from any travel agency. Mindy was as excited for us to arrive in Tahiti for our honeymoon as we were and we felt like she was a part of our journey there.
