When I walked in around noon on a weekday, there were 4 travel agents all available and the one I worked with is David. I applied for a 10 year multiple entry visa for my daughter and was required to provide the following documents: + Passports (hers, mine, my husband's) + Birth certificate (just hers) + ID (my driver's license) + ID from a relative in China (the agency will provide the required letter) The price was $185 for the 10 year visa and $115 travel agency fee = $300 total. It helped to speak Chinese though the travel agent was able to print me a form in English and helped me with any questions I had while filling it out. Turnaround time is expected to be about a week and you go pick up the passport in person. (I believe getting it mailed is an option for +$50 if I understood correctly.)

The representative explained we would need to wait for the appointments to be assisted first. Fortunately, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes with all transactions completed. The space is very clean and streamlined. Management must be very nice because all the staff we saw looked happy and approachable. The representative who assisted us was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. He was very compassionate when hubby explained he lost his wallet.
