I've used their service for dog walking for my two dogs while I was at work. They text me a report during each visit and send a picture of my dogs. Karen has been our walker for the last several months and she is a very talented photographer!! Attached are some of the shots she sent me. How nice is it to receive these pictures to brighten my day?? All of the walkers are always concerned about the health and happiness of my 'boys'. On occasion my husband has been home when Karen pulls up and he said the boys bark and are always so excited to see her....her arrival means fun is in store!! I highly recommend Jen and her team! Our dog had hair, and was basically one large mat. He didn't appear so at first glance, but when we bought him 5 years ago, the breeder let us know about the need for 6/8 week grooming and regular brushing Ugh, somehow 4 months went by. It took two 4 hour sessions to shave him down with the clippers not s nick on him. How did our dog feel after these very long sessions? He was IN LOVE WITH LAURA. Would have ditched me and our family and gone home with her. And, it wasn't as if she was stuffing him with treats! From a business perspective, they cut us a break in the second session. I was rather surprised, they had every rationale for premium charge. Very smart move in a customer service level. As well, the groomer, Laura, did not pet shame me. Our dog is well loved, fed and watered, but with all the things that were going on, I lost track how long it had been (I wanted to find a new groomer and hadn't thr time to check

My situation with my dog was not an easy one when I sought services from Monica. My Shiba Nemo was 16yrs old, blind, and almost deaf with a few ailments including arthritis and liver disease. I explained to Monica in detail everything that needed to be done for Nemo which included meds and specific food guidance. Even though Nemo was probably a tough client due to his age and medical needs, Monica was so willing to help. I'm very grateful for all the help that Monica and her staff provided. We've tried several trainers and boarding facilities in various cities and states. We even resorted to trying a famous YouTube trainer and he came back worse and even more anxious. Typically, these expensive "board and trains" we've participated in have ended with medication recommendations and a "good luck". One final trainer recommended we try Mind Of Dog because she also wasn't able to break through. I'm so grateful we did. He's thriving and comes home exhausted. An added bonus is the people training we've received. The best part of all of it, is that he's finally getting the exercise and structure he's always needed and deserves. They handle the dogs calmly, but with lots of structure and clear boundaries, which our dog desperately needs. We can finally go to work and travel without worrying that he's being mishandled or ignored. We're so grateful to have found this place and I have to admit, I was waiting for him to fail again, because we had lost all hope.
