When I showed up for my appointment, I went back exactly on time; more bonus points! Then during my cleaning and checkup, the hygienist gave me the most thorough examination I've ever had. She checked around my mouth and neck for total mouth care. And to top it off, she gave a very gentle cleaning and was careful not to cut my gums.
