Certainly not the intensity to clean rims, for example....or knock down off-road dirt/mud. The change machines are always functional and dispense quarters (vs tokens like others). They've got the hand vac of course along with the fragrance gun as I recall. No credit card capability here like some others. Good wash. Better than Billy's in Fort Washington or Speedy Clean in Waldorf. $2 is the minimum for a small car but realistically you're looking at about $3.50-$4 unless you plan on moving at double-time speed. 4 stars. My car was super dirty cuz birds love it so much and so do trees (sap and all). The interior of my car was awful too, because I hadn't cleaned it in months and I transport my lab who sheds all the time. Fur was all over the interior. Got in my car and I was amazed. Car hood still has some tree sap. The only positive was their ability to remove scratches. They are clearly skilled at that but the rest of the job was below average . The detail was poor quality, they had to come back and wipe my doors down. The next day my vehicle still had an odor. I informed Michael of this information, he offered to detail the vehicle again but, that NEVER HAPPENED! Once he was paid $250, it was no longer his priority to resolve my issue. He had absolutely no interest in returning to fix the poor quality service he provided. He failed to respond to phone calls and text message. I requested a partial refund for the poor quality and of course he NEVER provided one. This behavior is disgusting and ridiculous from a business owner. It's absolutely disheartening to be treated this way and receive poor service when the priority is to support black owned businesses but, the owners priority isn't to provide quality and excellent customer service. We would never recommend this company due to the lack of quality, integrity and lack of customer service.
