This was my first time using this service for their signature detail package on my two cars, and it will definitely be my last. We paid $656, which feels completely overpriced for the quality of work delivered. I was told a single car usually takes 3 to 5 hours; however, the detailer spent only 5 hours total on both vehicles. If you expect a thorough cleaning and shampooing, look elsewhere. My cars were returned with noticeable mess and stains left behind. My McDonald fries is still in the gap between seat and console. Car hood still has some tree sap. The only positive was their ability to remove scratches. They are clearly skilled at that but the rest of the job was below average . Given the low quality of the delivery, I have no idea how this place has such high reviews. It was a very disappointing experience. I'll gladly go back to my regular in-person car wash, where I get much better results for $200 for both cars. read more

So - this likely would have been a mediocre review TBH. Backstory: It was time to just refresh our Porsche a bit - so we scheduled the full inside/outside premium service (cuz... Porsche). While our first tech was very nice (a sweet and kind gentleman) - the quality was lacking for those with discerning eyes. Not what I was expecting. That said, I generally don't make a fuss of things so went on my way and took appropriate mental notes. The owner checked in on how things went - and I figured I would be honest and show photos of my specific observations. What happened next I think is a rarity. I was told not to pay at this time, and that he would schedule a different tech within a week. That was odd - you don't see just honest/good customer service very often these days and I was prepared to just eat the cost and move on. The second tech came - took a look... immediately saw all my concerns, and went to work. He took double the time as the first guy - and even walking up to the vehicle when he was complete - it was a NIGHT& DAY difference. Amazing work, and the level of care and detail you would hope to see from services at this price point. From feeling disappointed, to feeling ecstatic. Bottom Line: Even if you have a bad experience, the owners will make it right and work with you until you are happy. This was my second time with them (First was a convertible e46 M3 that was also immaculate when they were finished); after this experience, there will be a third. Thanks Sharp Detail.
