Decided, last minute, to get a legit car wash instead of my typical, just exterior, automated one. Came to Eastover based on a recommendation and got the #3 for $27. My car was super dirty cuz birds love it so much and so do trees (sap and all). The interior of my car was awful too, because I hadn't cleaned it in months and I transport my lab who sheds all the time. Fur was all over the interior. Got in my car and I was amazed. I'm still in awe of what they did on a pretty short amount of time. They're friendly, efficient, and beyond reasonably priced. I'm a fan. read more

This place offer excellent service and really take pride in cleaning each vehicle that comes in. I really am impressed at how thorough the workers are at ensuring that my vehicle is superb and I leave there happy each visit. They always are very efficient at getting you through the process even when its long line of cars and you think this going to take forever. Worst Car Wash experience ever. I never leave reviews, but this one is a mustCar is still dirty and now my car sounds like the emergency break is still on even though it is not. Had two workers listen to the sound and confirm that they heard it, but owner or whoever works at the front desk did absolutely nothing about it and acted as if she didn't care at all. Turns out my experience would not be good. It did not take bong for my car to be done, however, they did not clean the inside well at all. Not to mention they cracked part of my drivers side seat. When i asked them, they said we are not liable per the sign up front when you drive up. Again, they were nice but nice will not clean my car and or fix my newly broken seat. Buyer beware. read more

This is my go to place for a cheap, quick and fast car wash. During my recent visit on 11/17/17 I went with the $35 VIP Crystal car wash which suppose to consist of: Hot Wax + Air Clean Basic Wash Spot Free Rinse Undercarriage Wheel Clean(Break Dust) Wheel Brightener Polish Sealant Wax Triple Color Conditional Wax Teflon Double Bond Wax Deodorizer Armor All Tire (Tire Shine) Now most of the time when I come here they've been pretty efficient with doing what I pay for but sometimes you do have to watch them when it's super busy to see that they don't skip certain things. Overall you do get what you pay for. It's not the best but they are good at getting the exterior clean and vacuuming the inside of the car. I wouldn't expect to much unless you go to a place specializing in detailing the car which you'll pay a lot more for. read more

I really like the owner of this car wash because she is very friendly and wants all customers to have a great experience. She even take the time to wipe down a car if need be. If you have any complaints or concerns, she wants to hear to make your service better. read more

I'll be back. All in all the service was exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. $20 wash. $3 extra service. $2 tip into the box. No hard feeling for the story I am going to have to share. Let me caveat this review with the fact I'm a white girl with a nice new SUV. Someone I guess will always try and cheat the system. While in line I was asked would I like the mats washed. I said yes please. You can see on all the car washes that is not listed as an option. He said place $3 on the passenger seat and that will let the guys know after the car wash that you would like the additional service of having the mats washed. Made sense I've seen that done in the South. Then I entered the building and saw all the tipping rules and requests. There are signs not to give the tips directly to the employees. There is a tip box at the exit. I paid and mentioned the three dollars for the mats and based on the cashiers response now have an uneasy feeling. He mentions they are thoroughly vacuumed. While waiting a nice gentleman tells me I had $1 floating in my car and hands it back to me. Then I get to the car and the mats are still filthy and they are sitting in the driver and passenger seats. I inform the man that I paid to have them washed. He shakes his head and says that's all wrong. After a bit of difficult communication I get directed back to the guy at the entrance. The entry guy gives me back $2 and says to hold for another $1. I tell him I think I'm good since someone else gave me a $1 from my car. I guess I'm whole... The man who had informed me that's all wrong took care of washing and inserting the mats. I guess I could have left it there but I asked if I could still give him the $3 for the extra service. He said leave it on the passenger seat, I did, he took it and off I went. read more

I just recently moved close to this location and for the love of me couldn't figure out why I never used this locations to have my cars maintained here, then it clicked this location has some very dishonest ppl on the payroll..items were removed from my car I didn't have proof or didn't no who because once you get out the car there's so many ppl in/out of your car, no one will own up to stealing so I prayed and will NEVER return to this place a lessened learned I now go through brushless car washes where I can sit in my car and NOTHING grows feet and hop out... read more

One of the only car washes I go to. You do need to review your vehicle before you leave. In addition, I usually get the Crystal wash (the highest) and if it rains w/in 24 hours they will let you bring it back for a free wash the next day. read more

Took my car to get it washed and I have a manual seat. One of the worker broke my seat adjusted bar. When speaking to the owner (Jasmine) she had the audacity to try to say that I bought my vehicle in like that or maybe the screws were loose and that's the reason why my seat is now broken. I asked them how can we rectify the problem they told me that they are not responsible for what had happened to my vehicle and that they usually don't do it but they would give me a refund on my car wash. This is the worst experience that I've had because now I have an out-of-pocket expense all because I wanted to get my vehicle washed. And also do I need to state that I am very short and they have broken my seat to the point that's the only person that can drive that vehicle is someone with long legs and height. Which I am neither. If you want something broken then go patronize their business but I wouldn't suggest it. read more

We have been living here in Virginia for almost 2yrs, and we have had a hard time locating a great car wash. Today we finally found our car wash location! Although not an ideal location the service was excellent and the end result of how they cleaned our car, was beyond our expectations. The employees who wipe down the care are friendly & they make sure your car is cleaned properly before you hop in & drive off! Who does that? at least not in this area. Great job to all the employees for their attention to detail & most important how they treat their customers. We will defiantly be going back! read more

Car came out with a scratch along the passenger doors. Owner tried to buff out the scratch but could not. Does not say much for their detailing abilities. I would not recommend them and will never go back! read more

I must say I am only giving 1 star because my car was washed decent. However, On 2-14-16 I went to receive a exterior wash. I was in a hurry and left my coat and purse in the front seat of the car. My purse was wrapped in my coat in the front seat. Once I was on my way home, I realized my purse was missing. I went back to the car wash and spoke with Luis Flores. I was told "NO ONE here steal." I beg to differ. My mink purse was gone. I was asked to move my car because I was blocking the entrance. No compassion was shown or interest. I was simply told, CALL the POLICE. I did make a police report and was told by the officer, "MANY complaints come from EASTOVER CAR WASH. The owner must be notified of the thieves working at this establishment. I may never see my purse again, but I will be sure to notify the public of the thieves working at this car wash. The owner must take control. If it were not for the customers, EASTOVER CAR WASH would be a thing of the past. read more
