We used Ben's service for a wedding and while the vehicles were very nice our experience was not good. We reserved a large bus for the evening to take guests back to hotel at the scheduled time and the bus was not there. It showed up 20 mins late and Ben was not on-site to assist. We paid hourly for the bus to avoid this problem and have not received a follow-up regarding our concerns even though we pre-paid in full. read more

This is the 6th time I have used this service for transportation to and from the airport. Pickups from my home have always been prompt. My flights were confirmed and tracked for flight arrivals, and I was given the option to have the driver meet me by the luggage claim or walk to the garage where the vehicle was waiting. Travel day communications were by text. The car was air-conditioned, full tank of gas, and immaculate on my arrival. As always, the driver was courteous, friendly, and professional. I plan to use this service indefinitely. I deliberately chose this company after being told this would be a meeting at Baggage Claim. I gave them the mobile phone number of the traveler for communication day of. The driver instead was calling my number from the cellphone lot while the traveler was waiting and had never been given the other number or other details. It appears communication and attention to detail with this company is sorely lacking and would avoid using them as there are many other options. I wouldn't trust them. read more

We used this company for transportation for our wedding. Our driver was asked to pick up my brother as we had a hour of downtime. Unfortunately the driver ignored the request and we had to pay for an Uber which was ridiculous. Furthermore the driver waited around once he dropped us off expecting what we felt like was an additional tip, my poor mom still went ahead and tipped him. The owner emailed asking how things went and I made mention of having to pay for an Uber and he didn't reply. We made a reservation in February for a June bachelorette party. We prepaid and received a receipt. On the day we were supposed to be picked up, we called and tried to confirm. Carlington told us that someone would be there at 8, no other instructions. At 8:10, we called to inquire where the driver was. Keep in mind, we made reservations and planned our night on having our limo from 8pm-2am. My friend, who made the actual reservation, called three times and each time was sent to voicemail. I called (a number they didn't recognize) and they immediately picked up. We asked where the driver was and was informed there was an oversight. He said he could send a car in 30 more minutes (not a lot of trust in this company at this point) or issue a refund. So we asked for a refund. We haven't received it yet. So, really disappointed, ruining a bachelorette party, and now out $700. Thanks for nothing! read more
