I would give them 6 stars if that was an option! I have used them 4 times now to transport us to and from the airport and they have always been right on time, even for a 2:20 am pick-up time and over an hour away! Drivers are awesome (We've recently had Rob and Larry)! They are helpful in loading bags, friendly, and very professional. Vehicles are always spotless and comfortable, and the pricing is very fair (Especially when you consider parking fees for several vehicles). They are my go-to for a good reason! Added bonus: Pricing aside, not having to drag a large family's worth of bags to long term parking (Or load them for that matter), and not having to drive home on I-4 after a long day of traveling makes this a great value for me! read more

I used this service for my mom who's not a very savvy traveler. The whole process was simple to complete. I was able to speak to an agent on the phone with my questions I did have with no issue. The agent was kind and courteous and answered all of my questions. The driver met my mom at the airport and even let her take a picture with him to send to us. She said he was very kind, a great driver, he assisted her with her luggage and made her arrival as smooth as possible. We needed transportation from the airport to the cruise port. When I tell you all this company is the Bomb! They were early both picking and dropping us off at the the airport. We chose Showtime Transportation to take 34 people from Palm Harbor to view a play in St. Petersburg. All interactions with the Showtime Team were wonderful & efficient. Our friendly driver, Steve, arrived exactly on time with a very clean and comfortable motor coach. Moving us door to door, Steve handled traffic and eliminated parking issues for us. We used Showtime Transportation to take us to an event and then bring us home. The trip was about a 1/2 hour each way. Our driver, Matt, was polite, friendly and courteous. He helped all the older people with getting into and out of the van. The van was clean and the air conditioning worked well. Matt offered bottled water to everyone which was really nice.
