The cost was because the insurance company we get the insurance through raised their rates. Craig reviewed my mother's coverage, looked up the value of the cars on my mother's plans and suggested ways we could reduce our total cost. I was really impressed with this sort of personal attention. Craig discovered the issue and was able to come up with a solution that resulted in a win for us. Quite frankly, I'm surprised that a company would go out of their way to reduce the amount of money we're paying per month. I'm surprised and grateful. Thank you, Craig.

What I expected: A pitch to change our auto insurance to Farmers What I received: "You are in a good position with your current policy as far as coverage and premium goes." Ummmm what?!?!? I decided to review because I don't know about you, but when you get such a refeshing honest answer when you are expecting the complete opposite it makes you feel like maybe just maaaaaaybe there are still good honest people out there that you can count on. So we kept our current Auto policy and worked with Kathleen for Renters Insurance. If you do not have Renters Insurance, please contact her.
