We live a hundred miles from their location at this point but I still count on them to find me the best deals on my insurance and I honestly can say that I don't think that I could do better anywhere else. Received response that it was with the underwriters, and I would receive a response next day. Next day my birthdate and address were requested. Another week past. I enquired on if this was normal length of time for this to take. Was told that they were waiting for one more response from a company. Apparently if they can't get the job done for you, I wouldn't expect to hear back from them.

My parents had been with Christina's State Farm agency for a long time and it was time I got separate insurance from my parents. Christina and team were very helpful answering my questions even for other types of insurance questions. Unfortunately, prices are up everywhere so there is no way to get a cheaper deal unless you go with terrible coverage from other companies. I learned State Farm corporation decides prices for coverage; not the agent. The agent helps you figure out what coverage you need for what you have and to help guide you in case you get into an accident. I hope to purchase a house soon and would need home insurance but State Farm does not have new applications yet. The team is able to speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin which would be helpful for the Chinese speakers that need help. Great location just off the freeway. When I asked them if we can review my policy to help me save some money, they were so rude to me. They told me that it is a lot of work for them to have to review and update my policies. Since I am paying a lot of money each month it didn't seem unrealistic to me. I sat in their office for almost 2 hours going over everything. I canceled several items on my policy and then asked what my new monthly amount would be. "Steven" again told me that it is a lot of work for them to do this and for me to give him some time to figure out the new cost. It's been several weeks now and after they canceled 2 of my vehicles and the road side assistance, my monthly amount is still just as high. It didn't go down at all!!! When I called and asked why, again I was told that this is a lot of work for them to do and it takes months for them to give me a new quote. We have been with State Farm for more than 25 years. Our last 2 agents retired and that's why we ended up with this agent. The agents we had before were not only willing to help us, but gave us quotes the same day! This agent is NOT at all interested in helping us. They are rude and disrespectful when I asked for help. After being told again and again about how much work they have to do for me, I changed agents and have never been happier. This agent has terrible people and customer service skills. She has no business being an insurance agent and I also plan on filing a complaint with the BBB.
