They are contractes by SunRun who replaced my roof, which has had issues 3x times in a year of service. the most recent being this past spring, I was sent over to Absolute for repairs on the roof which caused leaks in my house since March. I spoke with Destinee on 5/4 who made an appointment for 5/12- so I took the day off, waited, called and left numerous voicemails which were routed to a person who did not identify themselves as working with Absolute. So I'm stuck with no help from SunRun or Absoulte. This sucks

Chris was extremely responsive from estimate to installation. Our windows are no longer being manufactured and replacement parts are difficult to find. Chris kept me appraised on the the status of the replacement parts and quickly scheduled installation when they became available. Installation was handled efficiently and all work areas were protected and cleaned after completion of repair. I received a copy of the invoice and proof of payment electronically before they left our home, impressive! I am already planning on being a repeat customer and have A.M.C. replace some old drafty basement windows, and repair our exterior aluminum siding!
