My wife and I purchased our home approximately 3.5 years ago. The home was originally built in 1965. Much of the home had older elements and a major update needed to be completed. I had met with 2 other companies prior to Mega Solutions. Many people state "I have a guy" and can do great work. This is the first time I hired someone I had not worked with in the past (or knew of) and I am extreamly glad I found Mega Solutions. Moving forward, I will be telling people "I have a guy" and will refer all projects to Mega Solutions. Originally I contacted the owner (Luke) for skylight windows since we were completing a roof project with a separate contractor. Luke stated typically the roofer installs the skylight windows and that he knew the roofer (which was also amazing). Luke indicated his friendship with him was more important than any potential project and subsequently declined the window job. I found it very profound that a man valued his relationship with a friend rather than making money. I knew right then and there that Luke was an honest man and a person I really wanted to work with. I continued my conversation with Luke informing him my home needed to be upgraded from aluminum siding to vinyl. In addition, I needed a professional opinion regarding the seals of the windows that were currently installed in the home. The current windows had condensation build-up inside the double pane glass and I thought the windows ran their course. Luke came over the next day and sat down with me. We went over how long he has been in the profession, how long he owned his company, amongst many other questions. Luke was straight forward, cordial, insightful and extreamly professional. We sat at my table looking over his product and him telling me exactly what would be performed if I accepted his proposal. Luke was very genuine and did not push the sale. Luke then inspected all windows and taught me what to look for in a bad window. He said there were windows that needed to be replaced and some that still had some shelf life. Due to Luke's professionalism, his approach to the project and after comparing his product with the previous two companies, I knew I wanted Luke and Mega Solutions to be the company to complete the job. Luke and I agreed to do the siding and windows and my wife and I cannot be happier. Luke took the time to make sure all aspects of the project were completed as if the project was his very own home. Luke improved the aesthetics of our home that were neglected when it was built. His crew was extreamly fast, yet meticulous in the install. One can tell Luke and his company have been doing this for years. After every day, the crew cleaned up and never left any garbage on site. They hauled away all the old material and never saw a speck of dust. Because I like to be involved and know the process, Luke kept me aprised to every aspect of the project and explained what he was doing every step of the way. From start to finish (approx 4 days) our home had a dramatic makeover and we cannot say thank you enough to Luke. There is really no need to look further than Mega Solutions. The siding and windows are amazing in our home. Luke took the time to make sure we were happy every step of the process and went out of his way to accommodate all of our needs. I can't say enough great things about Luke and his company. He came to my home, measured every window twice and made recommendations about how to seamlessly change our windows and trim to match the existing siding ( which we will eventually get to and will for sure use Mega Solutions). We did 14 windows and two sliders and Luke was able to get all of them in in one day!! I have two small kids and his entire team was respectful of them and their naps by working in areas they weren't in or working on the other side of the house. I can't say how much I appreciated that!! All of my windows and doors have child safety locks, open from both bottom and top and seal completely. It's been almost one week since the install and I'm so happy with everything!! Mega Solutions gave us the best quote and honestly the best product. I checked the U-rating based on other companies and everything was similar. Oh and they left my house exactly how they came in and cleaned everything! There are no words to convey how happy I am with Mega Solutions and all the work they did in my kitchen and living room! I decided to hire them after seeing the amazing job they did on my friend's kitchen (which included a house addition), and I am so glad that I did! I cannot believe the transformation. Luke is simply the best. He is so easy to work with. He always explained everything that could or couldn't be done, made suggestions on what he thought might work best, and kept me updated on the schedule of things for each week. I don't even know where to start!! Luke and his crew were flawless from start to finish!! I had gotten 4 quotes on replacing all of the windows on our house and the molding around the garage door, Mega Solutions was BY FAR the most reasonable!!! Luke and his team are the absolute best! We got several quotes to replace some old windows, and he was by far the most pleasant person to interact with. He was very flexible with his schedule to accommodate us and answered all our questions in a prompt, clear, and friendly manner. He didn't waste our time trying to up-sell us on anything and was an absolute joy to work with. The work was impeccable as well - the new windows look great, all the old drafts we were getting are gone, and the price was exceptionally fair. Most of the window replacements were straight forward, but they also turned our old bow window into a bay window and extended it out so we'd have a larger seat board in front of it. In order to do so, they had to cut off and re-do some of our porch and build a small roof (among other things I'm sure, but those are the big ones I remember sounding hard), and it all looks flawless. I called to these guys accidentally, looking for someone who can help me with the replacement of the double-glazed windows. As it turned out, no one wants to undertake small-scale work. The manager of Mega Solutions said that they will help without problems. The master drove up, took off the dimensions and said that when the glass unit was ready they would contact. They called, said that the order was ready and agreed to meet. The job took 10 minutes max! The price, considering the two arrival of the master and the glass unit itself was small. I liked very much that the company appreciates every client, regardless of the volume of orders. In a couple of weeks I will change the complaint of these guys, wait for feedback! I decided that it was time to set the energy-saving windows. I selected about ten companies, reviews on them were good, and dropped the existing problem to them. Preliminary calculation from Mega Solutions was the most favorable. I agreed to meet with the manager for the last miscalculation. I decided that if the sum doesn't increase by more than 10%, I will order. When I received the calculation, the sum remained almost unchanged. So the company is honest and doesn't try to make the offers and then drive up the price. They manufactured the order and installed it according to the time-bound. The quality of the windows and work are excellent. They cleaned everything after themselves. I recommend this firm, as the best value for money. read more

Luke was very thorough in explaining every detail of the work they planned to do. We had built-in cabinets outside which we also wanted sided. They changed all the windows in my house to energy-efficient. The guys made measurements, sketched out simple blueprints of the required windows and sent mail to the post office with a request to make an offer of energy-efficient windows with a good price-quality ratio. Mega Solutions offered energy-efficient windows on the characteristics, for the right price. After completing the order, the manager called me, and we agreed on the dates of the installation. Installation of 12 windows took only one day. The slopes were made by another master, my old acquaintance. After a month, everything opens and closes perfectly, and does not require adjustment. Well, what I can say. These guys are professionals. We have been living in our house about 6 years, the repairs were done right after the purchase. We had been saving money to buy the facade and windows for 6 years. The manager arrived. We chose the material and color for the facade. We chose the windows. Apparently, that there are so many nuances in the windows' choosing. It even depends on placement on the sunny or north side. The works were done before the promised term. We ordered a new drainage system in Mega Solutions and they also have sewn the roof with stage lights. The price in this company was the most acceptable. We ordered the metal system, I radically didn't want the plastic. All the work took two days, while other companies said that it takes a week. Workers did not any discomfort, there were no stupid questions or scattered material or tools over the area. They cleaned everything after themselves.
