The care and treatment I received at the clinic located at 1110 E. Chapman Ave Suite 101, Orange, CA 92866. I presented to the clinic with medical referrals and urgent concerns related to a possible miscarriage. During my visit, the physician assistant acknowledged the presence of old blood during my examination. This finding increased my concern regarding the viability of my pregnancy and the need for immediate further evaluation and appropriate diagnostic follow-up. Despite these concerns, I was denied what I believe was necessary and appropriate medical attention. The clinic manager, a woman wearing glasses, refused to have the ultrasound machine brought out to assess the pregnancy or check for fetal heartbeat. I was left with the impression that this decision was influenced by staff preparing to leave for the day rather than prioritizing patient safety, medical urgency, and emotional distress. Additionally, although the clinic promptly collected payment and performed a urine test, I was not provided with clear results or an explanation of those results at the time of my visit. This lack of communication added to my confusion and distress during an already emotionally vulnerable situation. Throughout the visit, I experienced a lack of compassion, urgency, clear communication, and professionalism. As a pregnant patient presenting with possible miscarriage symptoms, I expected a higher standard of care, clinical evaluation, and empathy. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, unsupported, and deeply distressed by the experience. WARNING to pregnant patients: I had an incredibly unprofessional and demeaning experience with Dr. Kenneth Park. During a sensitive physical exam, he used humiliating language, shaming me for temporarily declining a procedure. Furthermore, despite a recent ER visit for severe morning sickness, he refused to provide documentation for my university's Title IX accommodations. He told me 'morning sickness is not disabling' and used a third-party staff member to help dismiss my symptoms. His lack of empathy and refusal to provide medical documentation for a pregnancy complication is a major failure in patient care. Avoid this provider if you want to be treated with respect. On a previous visit, Dr. Jessica Simpson was unprofessional and discriminatory during my visit. Instead of providing medical guidance for a queer person trying to get pregnant, she met me with open hostility and tried to talk me out of my decision to start a family. I was sent to this Downey location to do an ultrasound. The office is clean and bright with enough chairs by the waiting area. The receptionist acknowledged me as soon as I approached her. I was called in on time for my appointment. Cherri, the sonographer was great! She is super nice, friendly, and took her time to do her job and answer my questions. Provider not very professional at all. Asked during exam if XYZ would like to be tested, you say no and then they test you for it anyways and charge you an arm and a leg for XYZ test. They told me I could do my biopsy under general anesthesia like I asked, and then once I got to the office for my pre op, which was scheduled months in advance, they CANCELED IT DAY OF and said "oops actually no one here's willing to do it under general :)" and tried to just erase my appointment that day because they were "really busy." I had to push to still be seen by the doctor, and once I got to see her I told her I wanted to ask some questions about my symptoms lately and she said NO essentially, that she has a busy schedule that day..... I literally have been writing down my questions in advance to ask my doctor because she "never seems to have time" to ACTUALLY take care of me..... they are disorganized, don't actually care about you, and I'm really looking forward to leaving this practice and going to another one. I visited all safe throughout my whole pregnancy and never had a bad experience. I had to go and be seen after having a C-section for my twins. I drove two hours in traffic with two week old twins and had called to let them know I was going to be 20 minutes late. When I got to the office and checked in I was 30 minutes late. I was told to have a seat and my name would be called shortly. After waiting for 30 minutes, my name was called at the desk by some woman who I've never seen before. She told me that they would not be able to see me because I went past their grace period. I tried to explaining that I had called to let them know. I was going to be late and she told me that they didn't get any calls from me. I even offered to show her my call log proving that I had called. I've never been treated so poorly, nor spoken to in such a fashion as this woman was treating and talking to me. Even my fiancé's jaw had dropped. I was so upset I left and told myself I would never go back to this office. I wish I would've gotten her name because that woman should be fired. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE - For my initial appointment, I arrived early hoping that it would help. I still had to wait over an hour before I was even placed in a room and had to wait even longer once in the room. By the time I saw the doctor, I had waited almost 2 hours. I now regret not just walking out. I instead made the mistake of scheduling my follow up appointment with them for September. I received a call a few days before letting me know my appointment was cancelled due to the doctor having an "emergency". I was rescheduled for 11/07 and received a call today (10/30) that my appointment time was changed. I asked why and they claimed it was due to an "emergency" again. (Funny how they have so many "emergencies" at this facility.) I asked if there's an emergency then why was my appointment being moved 15 minutes earlier and told them I can't make it at the earlier time. In addition, when I booked my 11/07 appointment, it was with Dr. Velasco. I was told today that it would be with a male doctor and that Dr. Velasco would be in their Huntington Park office that day. I can only presume my appointment time was moved to accommodate Dr. Velasco going to one of their other offices. I'm done dealing with them and told them to cancel my appointment. OK, my experience at first was very good. Dr. Michael was very good got on the ball started moving fast on the things that were wrong with me. I got a lot of blood work done and I did give them urine samples as well. I met with the surgeon for the procedures that were brought to my attention that needed to be done, I believe his name is Doctor Kenneth was the surgeon that was going to give me the consultation. My doctor failed to really go over what exactly he was gonna talk to me about because when I spoke to him and was explaining what me and my doctor were talking about, he said I'm just reading the notes, and he said that a few times I then got frustrated because it seemed like he didn't really care what I was trying to say as a patient so shut down so at the end of the consultation, there was frustration on both ends. I can tell that he was kind of over the appointment and then he asked me so when do you want to book these surgeries I told him I didn't feel comfortable because I feel like the notes that my doctor put weren't what me and her had spoken about fully plus, he was extremely rude. Thank God I had my boyfriend in the room with me had not been there I would've stormed off. I ended up walking out and telling the girls at the front desk that I would call to set an appointment because of my experience at that moment I felt uncomfortable and it was just not the experience I was expecting from a doctor./surgeon! I left bawling my eyes out because as a woman you want to give these men the benefit of the doubt that they care about the profession that they chose and in this case, it was a horrible experience I have already had problems with other OB/GYN, not wanting to do their job and I really had high hopes for this place. I did speak to a supervisor who was extremely helpful and apologetic and understanding. Later to go to my actual doctor to get another referral to find out I am pregnant.. why is my doctor telling me I'm pregnant when I've had multiple blood test drawn and urine samples provided for ALL SAFE MEDICAL GROUP my doctor went over the notes from all safe medical group and was extremely shocked to see that they were pushing these procedures, but hadn't told me I was pregnant which these procedures cannot be done while you're pregnant I am so glad that this happened because I could've lost a baby ! The ULTRA SOUND LADY THEY HAVE AT all safe medical group is super rough !!!! I had read reviews and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but OMG THIS PLACE IS horrible ! Dr Agrawal is rude, NONproactive, unprofessional, didn't take my concerns seriously. I went in because I found out I was pregnant. I had 2 miscarriages in past. Also have PCOS and endometriosis. I went in there early at 5 weeks to see if I can have labs draw, be monitored early, try progesterone and baby aspirin. He completely shut down my request and said well it could be needed but could also harm, instead of saying let's check your labs asap to see if you need this for a healthy pregnancy. He was also asking me questions and one question I didn't understand his and he rolled his eyes at me and then rephrased the question so rudely and showing that we was annoyed. He also rushed thru the whole appt and was yelling prob the whole lobby could hear my business that is suppose to be private. I didn't even get to ask all the questions bc of his demeanor and rudeness was not comfortable at all. . He ordered me an ultrasound and labs literally for over a month later! Which would be around 9-10 weeks.. I knew i wouldn't make it that far. Sucks not to have answers or ever make it past 8 weeks because doctors won't take concerns seriously So I found another OB to take me in and sure enough my progesterone was low !!!! She prescribed it to me but by then I was already actively miscarriaging. If I wouldn't have wasted time with this doctor I could have addressed the issues promptly with my new doc. LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Got informed that my bc pill prescription was due to expire so I call to make an appointment. I call to see if they will just renew it over the phone since no circumstances have changed. They told me no, that I would have to schedule an appointment with one of their doctors. I specifically asked if this appointment would suffice to get my prescription refilled and was told yes. Luckily, it was just a televisit, so it would be over webcam or something. Great, because, pandemic. My appointment was made for the next week at noon. I was told that I would get a text with a link to input my information as well as pay my co-pay. Well, the day shows up for my appointment and nothing. I called a few minutes past 12 asking what's going on, and they are so surprised that I didn't get a texted link. They say they will send it right away. But nope. I had to call back again and finally they resent it. Filled out my info and paid my $15 co-pay. I get on the webcam with the doctor who I've seen before and this doctor lady is on the condescending side. Like, just a rude vibe. Whatever though. She asked me what the televisit was for and I say it's to renew my prescription. She informs me that since it's been a year since my last in-office visit that I will need to come in for an actual check up. Okay then what the hell is the point of this televisit for?!?!??! JFC. She says a nurse will call me back to schedule the appointment for me to come in. And that was the entire call that I just paid a $15 co-pay for. I didn't get a call back, not surprisingly. So I had to call them. I make an appointment to come in but since honestly this isn't a life or death situation I didn't really think it was wise because this was in the middle of the 'stay at home' mandate. Plus, I've just about had it with this bogus medical office. Co-pays for literally a video call to tell me to come in for an appointment? COME THE F*** ON. Plus, in the past, I've had to come in for appointments where they tell me that all my tests have come back negative (no shit). Seriously, these appointments are always at least an hour wait in the waiting room no matter how early you get there, all for a 40-second meeting with the "doctors." After thinking it over and being fed up, I called to cancelled my appointment. I signed up with Nurx, and there's many other options for those who just need a simple pill prescription. No more endless and pointless and short meetings with doctors who really don't give a shit about anything but collecting your co-pays and then billing your insurance for services that they are definitely not providing. Beware of this facility .. My daughter scheduled an appointment to discuss the options of birth control with the Physician. She expected the Dr. to explain what kind of Birth Control she would recommend and the side effects . Basically the Dr. was not informative at all and just told her to get birth control pills. My daughter wanted more information on other kind of birth control and Dr. told her if she wanted a IUD they couldn't do it that days soonest available was in 2 weeks . She didn't even want an IUD. She just wanted a Dr. to explain her options ‍.. My daughter was charged $60 dollar co pay which should have been $ 30 dollars . Basically my daughter just paid money and left with no type of birth control. When my daughter asked receptionist what was the $60 for .. She basically told her she didn't know because she was new hire. The medical facility was referred us by Optum.. This was the worst experience. Employees there need better training. read more

Super disappointed with this office staff. I really enjoyed getting my ob care in 2019 when I feel like the Dr's and staff actually cared to make my visits stress free and easy. However this time around in 2024 I feel as the customer care is not a thing anymore. I've had so many issues every time I want my lab results and have to talk to the same lady who answers the phone regularly regarding labs how SHE continuously makes it hard for me to review answers at all cost. As all moms can agree! Finding out the gender of our baby is one of the most exciting things for us to come around about! I work in the medical field as well so I know how EASY this process should be with receiving the gender result, but for some reason this lady has made every interaction I've had with her almost impossible! They NEVER uploaded my results on my patient portal which I don't understand why??? When I called she said "we don't upload those lab results there" HELLO!!! Why not? It's my personal information that SHOULD be uploaded on MY PATIENT PORTAL. Then she kept giving me the round about talking about HIPPA is the reason she can also not email me my lab results? When I have PROOF from her personal email that she has emailed my lab results to me in the past!! but now when it's the most exciting thing for my husband and I to find out she can't email them?
