Good, very fair quote, excellent job - perfect. There was some confusion with the billing because the downpayment and rest of payment were from 2 different people. The person I talked with at the office made immediate correction and apologized profusely. There was no need apologize - I understood the confusion, but appreciated the service. I messaged the company and no more than a couple hour passed before Marti responded and not only did she arrange a same day meeting she even met around my work schedule. She was pleasant, arrived on time and after we explained our dilemma she quickly got to determining what rock we had, yes folks no rock is the same. We had lava rock which was in its place but through the years the gray river rock (I guarantee that's not the right type but it's all I know) was sparse and the popular black plastic to avoid weeds was showing it's face like a weed of it's own. She measured and calculated and the price was beyond fair (delivery and install woo hoo). Now the question...how *gulp* soon can you do it? 1 week folks! We were nervous about making time for their arrival but no fear they would deliver, install and we need not be present to win. The delivery date arrived and before I left work a friendly message from Marti "we are All done let us know what you think.". We arrived and no longer was our curb appeal an eye sore. Because the tree was between two structures they had to use a crane to remove the large branches and place them in the street for limbing and bucking before the wood was shredded. I was a sawyer for the Forest Service and it was a pleasure watching these pros take the tree down. The crew was done by 3:00 which included stump removal 6" below grade.They replaced the landscape gravel, cleaned up the area in both the back and front. When Jose arrived he was immediately helpful and concerned with my situation. He treated my remaining pinon which was clearly infected with the beetles in hopes of saving at least one tree. He didn't have to care so much. Their work was very efficient, great clean up (you cannot imagine how many needles fall of a dead pinon) and willing to do what was needed. I imagined…read morehaving a scrawny little asymmetrical crooked Halloween tree when they were finished, but no! It's beautiful! I can barely tell it's been pruned, except all the dead wood is gone. It is balanced and leafy, and actually looks fuller and stronger despite being reduced in actual volume. If a tree could smile... The crew are certified arborists, educated and knowledgeable about trees. They disinfected their saws and pruners between cuts so nothing would be spread through the tree. They carefully protected surrounding plants; they replaced anything they moved, swept up every twig, and left my property clean. I have not been bribed to write this review :-) I was truly impressed. They might -seem- a little bit pricier than some, but they really deliver the goods. They're actually a bargain.
