Your employee informed me she had been too busy to return my call. She said she had to leave before 4:00 because she had to get to the P.O. Since it was only 1:30 pm I said I would come in. She stated she had other customers and perhaps I should go to the Littleton office and should probably have made an appointment. I told her Littleton was farther away. She then suggested I mail my hearing aids in to get the batteries replaced. I went to store. There were no other customers and it took all of 10 minutes to replace the batteries. It was very obvious she did not want to be bothered. I don't appreciate this kind of customer service. If I had a choice I would not return to Zounds for service.
