This place was AWESOME! I normally go with the nationwide party planning services like AstroJump or Jump 4 Fun but one place I inquired at recommended that I call Patrick. He is the owner of this place and was I glad that I did. He was local and was very helpful. He explained in detail everything that I needed to know about the inflatables that I was interested in renting. I decided on the 16 ft. H2O slide, a regular 13x13 jump house, a snow cone machine, and some tables and chairs. The total for all of this would normally be $465, but being the nice guy that he was, he decided to rent it all to me for $350. Now who could complain about that??!!! I inquired at other places for the slide and jump house alone and it was already close to $400. Even better, it's a new family-owned business so the inflatables were very clean and close to brand new. Delivery and pick-up was on time and we were given full instructions on everything. They didn't show up to my daughter's birthday! I booked a month in advance, accepted the invoice a month in advance, and confirmed the week before with them again. The day of I tried calling and texting several times when they were missing the delivery window. Their voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message. They didn't show up. No explanation and no response. I had to frantically call and find another company to come at the last minute, which cost me far more and it threw off the whole party schedule! We called "Happy Time Jumper" in an absolute panic once we realized the waterslide we had ordered through Jump For Fun was not going to be delivered. Nothing worse in the world than having 40 to 60 people at your house and the entertainment not show up!!! My husband and I had one hour to find a gigantic waterslide that could be delivered to our backyard that could entertain 40 6-year-olds! I was on the verge of tears and couldn't believe that the other company didn't even have the decency to give us a call to let us know they weren't coming. My husband spoke to Jason who calmed us down immediately and told us he could be at our house in 15 minutes. He showed up within minutes and set up a wonderful gigantic 20 foot tall waterslide before the party started! This company literally saved my son's birthday! I always use Happy Time (Patrick) for events at my home and my daughter's school. Patrick is always very helpful and accomodating. He keeps his jumpers and equipment (snow cone, popcorn etc.) extremely clean and sanitized (which scores big points with me). Even though he may not have the selection of some of the bigger companies, his customer services is so exemplary, I will never use any other company. I recommend Happy Time Jumpers! I made a reservation at another bouncer rental place only because Happy Time Jumpers didn't have the Tinkerbell bouncer I wanted. Big mistake. That other bouncer place (which will remain nameless because I don't want to give them the free advertising) totally screwed up my order!! In fact, if I wouldn't have called them the morning of my party to confirm that the bouncer would be delivered, they would have never shown up! They indicated there was nothing that they could do since all of their drivers had left for the morning. (you bet I will be adding a negative yelp review for them) Since I had used Happy Time Jumpers once before, I quickly called them to see if there was anything they can do. The owner was awesome! Not only was he still trying to find a bouncer to match my party theme, but he was willing to accommodate the short notice and delivery before the party started. Just used Happy Time Jumpers on Saturday Feb 7, 2015. Another company cancelled on me the morning of the party and I started looking and calling around for a last minute replacement. I found HTJ on yelp and gave them a call. The gentleman (I believe Denny) answered and was extremely helpful and understanding of my last minute needs. I needed a 10x10 jumper but he didn't have any considering it was about 1pm on the day of the party, but he offered a 13x13 jumper for about $85 (I ordered a 10x10 from a different company for $75, yes the company that cancelled!) About 30 minutes later his son Jason arrived at my door with the jumper and began setup just an hour before the party. My house is located on a dirt one way road up a hill and he didn't complain or make excuses. On the contrary he was very courteous and made a very difficult drive (pulling a 15-20 foot trailer) look easy. He connected and setup the jumper within 10 minutes of arrival and placed it exactly where we wanted it. He said he would pick it up around 1pm the next day and he was true to his word.
