Was told by owner if car wasn't paid in 1 day after it was due it had to be picked up. Left some items inside car and i spoked to the owner and was told that he didn't know anything that it was the towing company. Called again to ask for towing number and he didn't want to give me the information. Then i was told that it wasn't the towing company that had the items , that it was his workers. I have bought cars from a few lots and never had a problem but with this one. Him nor his works want to answer my calls anymore.

Great I thought boy was I wrong when I get there im like hey they told me I was approved and they all had a ugly look some lady comes out Mrs Lara aful women says my bank was charging them a lender fee of 599 I told them okay so what she started saying I need to go with a different bank I was like what im approved she stated she did not want to go ahead with the deal because of that so I call my bank theu state that it was actually 299 not 599 so she was lying crazy "not" i go back and I tell.her I will pay the 299 just let me take the car with my bank they keep saying no I need to use their banks so I said okay run it with your banks they come run my credit lots of times and then come back and they say they need more money from me like what?? I took my truck in to get some recalls fixed and an appointed time on Monday. When I got there,…read morethey didn't have any record of my appointment. After leaving my truck there for three days, I still received a phone call. I had called every day for three days and left a message. When I physically went by, I a man in service department. He said he had no record of my message. Then they tried to charge me for $1000 worth of work that they said my truck needed. I took my truck to an independent mechanic who did the exact same review of my vehicle and stated that there was nothing wrong and all sensors checked out. The department said they fixed the recalls, but they would not take any responsibility for what the recalls required service for. So no organization, no callbacks, inaccurate diagnosis, attempting to charge me for services I didn't need., And they wouldn't take responsibility for what they were forced to recall. All in all it was a very disappointing opportunity for Luke Fruia to do something good and honest. I do not recommend this place.

We returned the second day for the windshield and new tire. Boggus Tipton also offered a ride back to the island and a free car wash! As Service Advisor Miguel was quick to explain everything and provided us with estimates and understandable invoice.

So we sat down they had already looked at my trade, a 2022 f250 with 40000 miles salesman went to manager then came back everything changed the price had jumped up and they low balled me on trade I said this won't work so salesman went and brought back young manager and after his introduction he looked me in the eye and asked me what I was trying to do here! I laughed and we said we are done here! they still had me key I asked for it back as I was walking out the door. Then another manager followed me out tried to explain everything. Experience was so bad I don't remember Managers names and will not name salesman because it wasn't his fault.
