We were in total shock and effectively homeless if we didn't find something in the next few days. Let me tell you, Desiree and Brianna could not have been more accommodating. They totally understood our situation and moved quickly to find us a house within 24 hours! We were back on track for our move. They went above and beyond, answering EVERY single anxious call (there were a lot of them!) with grace and kindness, and kept us updated during the process. They stayed after their office closed for the day to make sure that we were able to get the lease signed and squared away before the weekend. We were able to sign the documents electronically, they use AppFolio for rent payments and service requests. We are able to text the office when we need and were given an after hours number for emergencies. Upon meeting them in person you feel like you walked into their home and you are the company they were excitedly expecting. They had recommendations for local events, places to check out, and great food spots. They were able to turn an ugly, horrible experience into a pleasing one. 10/10 would recommend!!
