Well I tried to explain I didn't have it because it's my daughters and he yelled again. He finally drove away and then. Stopped on the road. No he didn't pull over because there's no shoulder. He stopped approximately on car length way from a knoll that's on a curve which is blind! I did once again said nicely you can't stop here we are going to get hit! He yelled again. At this point I yelled back and told him to back this van up into the private road right behind him he yelled telling me he knows how to drive, I kept yelling we are in danger her you need to move!!! Well he finally jammed it in reverse and as he moved back a very large truck not a pick up came over that knoll.. then right behind that truck another huge truck came I did say I TOLD YOu! This road is extremely narrow and you must be extremely careful driving it. He finally continued after he phoned his boss who then tried telling me the rules of the company that they have to check in. Well I did explain to her you can't check in if you don't have service! Also you and your drivers should not be speaking Spanish and talking shit about the white women in the back who you assume don't understand Spanish! She shut up. He finally took off and he was a maniac driving! I'm a bit vol unable at this time because of a stroke and recent heart procedure but I will not tolerate this behavior. If they choose to retaliate which they did! They have a fighting their hands! They will loose. They are also not accredited with the bbb! Which I recently found out. My son's luggage sat at Logan for several days with absolutely zero sense of urgency AND he is on medication that he MUST check in so that caused more issues. I was in a bind and finally had no choice but to do what I could to handle this on my own. The first company I called was this one. I called at 12:30am EST and after 2 rings, Greg picked up. He's the owner. He listened to my situation, calmed me down, and stated "I will help you." Word that NO ONE said at the airline nor DDD. I provided him with information, he promised me he would take care of me. I went to bed. At 11:00am, my son received his luggage. All I can say is LISTEN.RESPOND.DELIVER that is the slogan for this company. I am extremely grateful that Greg took my call and was willing to help a parent like me at 12:30am and do as he promised. We ended up having to load our cars up and take the mailing ourselves. The kicker? They called demanding payment for the service that wasn't complete! They lack professionalism and punctuality.
