Parking can be a bit of circling as they have a large amount of members that come to this location. Once inside, the line moved decently. It probably took about 15 minutes to get up to the front. Once, I handled my transaction, I was out of the bank fairly quickly. Would definitely come again if I needed to go inside.

After a month I was willing to take another credit hit just to get a new agent for my re-finance this is when I called ahead to Jason Huynh's office and talked to Qui. She is very professional, kept very good and fast responsiveness and made me not hate State Farm again. Mr. Huynh please do something great for Qui she deserves recognition for her ability to turn a horrible experience into a least stressful one and I am grateful to her. She broke down the whole process for me as well as the fees as many times as I needed to understand. And when you call to get information as to why there is an increase, the only response is "she's in a meeting and she will call you back". Keep in mind I have called her several times at the exact time and gotten the same response from her workers. And Paula is like a minion. You ask her a question and she spouts the same line " it's due to rate and policy changes" like she reading from the manual. I know insurance companies have never been in the best interest of the people but unfortunately it is something we have to have in order to drive. But this place will rob you of your money if you have any left. Pay attention to the increases and how often they are happening and that is your first sign to start looking elsewhere.

Parts warranties, service, and the entire experience was better dealing with State Farm. Now that we are with State Farm, my daughter was hit by a driver carrying insurance apparently from a foreign country. She called Larry Kirchner, and was summarily kicked to the curb. All that Larry's office had to do was to give her the claims number, but instead they told it "it is easier" to deal with the other party's insurance. My daughter was left to attempt to navigate through the trying process of having her car repaired with a foreign insurer for whom English is a second language. Do they have the same quality of repair shops? Do they warranty the parts and the work the way State Farm does? I don't know, and Mr. Kirchner didn't either. It wasn't his concern. When I called Mr. Kirchner to take issue with the shoddy treatment my daughter received, he doubled down on his comments. "You'll have to be out of pocket for your deductible," he said, "and if the other insurer denies responsibility, you won't get your $500 back." How dumb! I asked Mr. Kirchner what made him think that if this foreign insurance company won't pay State Farm and their teams of experts and lawyers, what makes him think they'll pay me? He didn't have an answer. It would have been so easy to simply refer my daughter to the claims department. We trusted this agency enough to write them a check each month, and when we needed their advocacy, their assistance, and their expertise, they summarily dismissed my daughter without any regard for her difficulty, because it was easier for them. If I hadn't been there to help her and direct her to the appropriate people, she'd have had to struggle through the process of getting her car fixed because her agent couldn't be bothered to help.
