It's really hard to write a review for Kelly Byers Insurance based on my experience, but overall…read moreit was a resounding negative. It may have more to do with State Farm, in general, as to the cancellation of my policy, but the Byers team was completely apathetic. My car was stolen and totaled in 2022, which resulted in a no fault claim and payout. As the claim was being processed, State Farm allowed for a rental car through Enterprise at a reduced rate. Whenever the rental was returned to Enterprise, they falsely claimed that I caused damage/scratches to the car. I objected and informed State Farm that the scratches were on the car before I picked it up. The Enterprise agent even joked with me about the scratches, whenever I expressed concerns(at pick up), however, this false claim has been validated on my record, causing my insurance to be canceled. Kelly Byers team has done nothing to support my claims, it's basically like dealing with a bot, so sad.
