My friend has been a customer of Trummie Patrick II and now III for years. I was comparing rates after my Allstate policies had risen to ridiculous levels. I was an Allstate client for nine years. Courtney Simpson answered the phone. From the beginning, "Court" was *on it*. I was so impressed with her product knowledge, customer service and manner on the phone. I wound up with a policy being written that will wind up saving me almost *half* of what I was paying at Allstate this year, with more features and benefits. PLUS+++ you get a live person on the phone that *cares*. The roadside assistance program is so much better than Allstate's, "we will reimburse you afterwards up to $100.00". The development where I live now in Atlanta that experienced the "pipes bursting" after the record low temps. I had flooding in my apartment but no personal property loss. I sent an email to Court to discuss my renter's policy coverage. Court called me back, same day - with great advice, and I will be raising my renter's coverage after getting quotes from her. She answered my question, "why is this happening in the south" and made me feel "safe". Because isn't that why you buy insurance in the first place? At our development management office today I overheard a woman complaining about Assurant renter's insurance and that she still hadn't heard back from anyone. I wanted to refer Trummie Patrick's office! I am a new client for life now. Looking forward to watching Court rise in her career. Also, I didn't sign anything and they switched my insurance during renewal and up charged me. When I called, they simply informed me they sent a document and because I didn't signed it, I have to pay. So I signed and waited, but now I'm being charged more for another uninsured motor coverage and they're asking me to sign another document. My insurance went up about $200/mo within 2 months from what I was paying. They keep blaming the billing department but doesn't seemed to care. Wish I can give negative stars. I'm trying to cancel my insurance and obviously having a difficult time getting in touch with anyone here. I cancelled all my motor vehicle and know they're asking me to pay homeowner insurance. This place really won't stop trying to steal your money.

First off I wanted to take a personal jab here because the folks at this office are freaking AMAZING. 1. Tamika its 100% your responsibility to pay your insurance not the agent calling to bug you for payments. 2. I'm sure you had insurance cards so how did that magically end up at the right mail box? As for Conan... well bud the entire insurance industry shares your information. Its no secret and there is nothing you can do about that. As for them trying to save you money and your complaining... why? Just tell them no thanks and only deal with the quote that you asked for. So on to my story and why these people are GREAT. First off Clay is the schit. Love the dude, he is awesome to talk to and just bs with and handle business. I was with Progressive for 12years. my wife had 1 accident and they nailed me to the cross. 26% rate increase across the board on all vehicles. I also had home owners insurance with them as well and was paying $700 a year but after they had a fall out with Amerprise home insurance my home owners jumped to close to $3,000 a year!. So after my wife's accident and the rate increase with progressive I got a call from Clay. he called me like once or twice a year to see if he could save me insurance. He did this for 4 or 5 years. He was always nice and professional. So I explained to him about the wife's accident and the rate increase. He told me on and once we pulled the rates he was actually able to get me a rate that was a little less than what I was paying before my wife's wreck and much better deductibles. I had full coverage and the same coverages. With progressive I had 500 ded comp/collision. $250 uninsured. Clay got me $0 ded comp/$250 collision and uninsured with same limits. As for my home owners insurance he got me a great rate as I called around and could not get the low rate we originally had. Everyone else was quoting $1800-2900 for home owners. i got it for $1400. So for anyone wondering if this office is good or not trust me when i say they are GREAT. They may not always been the cheapest but lets face it that is not the office's fault. That all comes from underwriting and where you live at and your CREDIT score and such. But the have always called me back and they are always friendly. ASK FOR CLAY!!!!

By the far the worst state farm agent I have ever worked with…read more I am writing due to my extreme displeasure dealing with Dana Shivalier. I have been a client with state farm since 2003 and have always enjoyed the excellent customer service and coverage. I have used State Farm in three states for Auto, Home and Renters, never with an issue until now. I have come to learn that each agent is an independent operator, and therefore handles their services independently and by no means does this one agent reflect all of State Farm. In January I received a notice from my apartment community that I did not have renters insurance (which I had purchased through Dana Shivalier). I contacted my agent and asked what had happened because I paid in full for 12 months up front in July, and was informed that they had my address entered incorrectly. No big deal, they changed it, from the same address, just a different apartment number. I am then billed for a 'change of address'. I inform them that I have the binder, which shows my correct address as originally issued in July, but refuse to acknowledge that the error was their fault and demand payment. She informs me that she will get back to me by Friday, but rather than talk with me, cancel my coverage without notice. I find out my coverage is inactive when I receive a notice that my multiline discount has been removed because of an account that is no longer active. I contact a different state farm and they handle the entire process for me. There are many state farm agents, find a different one!

Extremely unhappy with the lack of communication, honesty and professionalism. I have been beyond…read morepatient for 28 days. My son has been paying on a policy since July 2022. Every month, $313.27 are taken out of his account. On March 1, 2023 my son was pulled over by an officer that hand randomly ran his tag and in his system, it showed that the car had NO INSURANCE! We called State Farm's Customer Service (1 800-782-8332) and we spoke with several Customer Service Representatives whom ALL told us "this is weird, we see your son's information but there is NO POLICY! It seem's that the Agent dropped the ball on this one". My son received a citation for not having insurance. On March 2, 2023 I called Josh Minore's Office and alert them of the situation. I have been told that they apologize, when this policy was written that it was left in "limbo" and no one noticed it. I have been told that when this policy was written, it was sent to their underwriters team and "somehow" the underwriters team never sent it back. My son received his insurance binder and insurance card so we thought everything was legit and it was not. On March 1st, I paid $96.11 to add him to another policy while they fix this mistake. Jose told me that it would be refunded by the end of day on March 3rd and it never did. However, Allison said it would be refunded until this was handled. April 10th is our next billing cycle and TODAY, March 29th.... they took out another $313. 27 from my son's account. I emailed Allison 5 days ago asking how would the billing situation would work out and she never replied UNTIL today after I followed up. With them all being parents, you would think that they would be more understanding and helpful, but NO. It's through their customers that they support their families and this is the type of services that we got. I share to avoid it happening to anyone else.

I know State Farm is usually a little higher than others but I definitely think it's worth the cost. Firstly, I can always go in and talk and to someone to call someone. I've worked with Garrett and he's been great. Very helpful and actually seems concerned for my well-ring. I don't feel like I'm wading through a big machine. They've got a mobile application which is really nice to use. Also, they actually send you a check for when you car depreciates because of an accident. Other companies make your request it and it normally fails. I'd strongly recommend these guys for sure.
