One time in Canada, a car rental company refused me a rental until I showed them a specific form from State Farm proving coverage in Canada. I was running very late to an important event. So I made a call to Gary Garrett's office and explained the situation. Moments later they emailed me the specific form with my name, policy number and other information on it. There were a number of occasions like that where they were extremely quick and responsive...and always so nice and friendly. I'm really glad I went with them for auto and renter's insurance during my time in Athens, GA.
