When Mr. House was active (I'm not sure, but I think he's retired or semi-retired) I loved this location. Emails were responded to promptly. Any phone conversations were pleasant and easy. In the last few years, every single time I have even a minor question - the agents treat me like I'm a pest and an idiot for calling in. I started emailing since I felt like that would be less bothersome. But after a week with no response to my email, I called. When I mentioned that I'd emailed, agent told me 'they have other customers / I'm not their only customer' and that he 'hadn't had a chance to respond.' Keep in mind, all I said was, "I'm sorry to call, I know how busy yall are. So I emailed you but didn't get a response." The last time I called in - I just wanted to check to make sure none of my discounts had fallen off because my premium had increased. My cars values have decreased. I haven't had any accidents. I expect my premiums to go down or remain the same. This is something I typically did, if I noticed an increase (back when I had Geico and also with USAA). Agent was very snappy. Said that ALL insurance companies had an increase and Allstate's was lower than the national average. He also advised me that my increase happened two months prior. (Why does it matter if I waited two months to call?) When I asked him if he was telling me that I can't call to check if I notice an increase, he said 'that's not what he was saying.' He did eventually tell me that the low mileage discount isn't on one of the 3 insured vehicles. It should have been. Since this car is parked over 5 hours away and not being driven. I was never told that I needed to provide a photo of the odometer / proof of the mileage - every 6 months or so - to get the low mileage discount. NEVER. Every conversation I have with them was just so ARGH. It seemed like they were deliberately impatient, abrasive and condescending. I'm old. I get it. But I don't feel like I'm at the age where I get easily confused. Nor do I feel like I have early onset dementia. But these guys had me questioning it with the way they handled me during every phone call or interaction. Lol. I think you'll love them if you're the right demographic. I was considering leaving Allstate entirely, but because I have a very nice original home policy, I opted, instead to switch offices. They are pleasant, responsive (both via email and phone). I only wish I'd left this office sooner.

I got the discount as I received the device, the device didnt work out and I reported and called for help on this twice, didn't get any value help on this and today my agent assistant told me that next month my payment will be increased by $20+ as the devices has not been using properly. I remind her that it didnt work out and it reported twice without getting any help, this is not fair to lose a discount due they sent a damaged or faulty device. They are good for get the money but really bad at customer service.

His response was to not respond at all. I sent several emails but no answer AT ALL. I then contacted the office and spoke with the owner and she was almost as unhelpful as he was. She did nothing more than give me a phone number. I called that number and left messages, no response. While they were ignoring my questions and me in general, they happily renewed my policy with significant changes which they never spoke to me about since they were ignoring me. They will just take your money and their commission and do nothing to earn it. This is the most disgusting behavior I have ever witnesses of a person and a company as a whole. Do not give them your money.
