He is not pushy and provides the details that I need to make decisions. I always contact him and get insurance rates on prospective automobiles prior to purchase. Yes, he has to provide multiple quotes, but this helps me decide what car to purchase (similar cars can be $40 a month difference in premium). I also do the same when purchasing a home or investment property. I seem to think about my insurance needs during the weekends and nights & he ALWAYS calls me back the next business afternoon (I am not a morning person)...I am glad because I often forget that I had questions and he is ready to answer them. Yes, I may be a little more "high maintenance" than most insurance customers, but he has more than "earned" my business and I am glad to have a great agent to turn to. Oh, I have had an auto claim (totaled car), a house claim (tree fell on my own home) & various glass/towing claims too. Before saying I am unlucky (I may be), remember I have been with Country for a LONG time. I have always been satisfied with the claims process & Roger even follows up with these. Many agents distance themselves during this time, but not him.

She didn't want to take collision coverage of one of my cars. She kept making excuses of why she couldn't do it. She informed me she could only lower the coverage. I then got a new quote with CONNECT which is insurance that Costco members can get. Best decision I have ever made. They dont push you and they understand you. The new vehicle was added and all seemed a-ok. I didn't realize at the time that they simply failed to add one of the requested coverages to my new vehicle and when I had my first and only accident I found out the hard way that they failed to do as asked and confirmed. I figured it must have been a mistake and called to ask about it. I was told "I wasn't the one who made this change so I don't know what happened or why the coverage wasn't added but I'd be happy to add it now". Of course I'm still out my coverage and have to eat the costs myself. This in itself would be only annoying, however the guy who I talked to is the guy we were talking with and he's the manager of the office apparently. Not going to deal with a dishonest business, will be moving my policy to another local agency.
