I received an email stating that my drivewise rebate was sent on 6/11/2022 and was applied to my Discover ending in 5***. I do not and never have had a Discover and none of my accounts end in 5***. I spoke to the office staff who said they called the billing department and that they sent it to my account, so I needed to work it out with my bank. I checked with my bank who showed no deposit to my account or any account ending in 5***. They also do not have Discover since they only have Visa accounts. When I called the office the following day to inform them of my bank's response, Jennifer stated "I'm glad to hear that, I would have been more angry if it was there and I had to go through all the paperwork to start an investigation". She was very sarcastic and I was very surprised at her words and tone. I contacted corporate office and the refund has been processed after being kicked back from Discover. I was also able to change agents through corporate office. I've had no issues with this office in 4 years, but never expected this kind of response from a problem on their end. Candice is prompt, very informative, and you get the feeling that she is truly looking out for you and trying to help you. She is prompt, courteous, funny, and great to talk to! If I could put in words how upset I am with this company I would. all I have to say is do not ever go with this company if you are the will scew up as they did me. instead of calling me a client and explaining to me that they had a bank mess up worldwide they just send me a bill. expecting me to pay it after I am under the impression that I canceled my policy. because I go a refund of 120 back after I payed my bill of 185. the reason I am leaving is that they were to expensive. so I get a bill in the mail saying i owe money and then they attempt to call me I am at work . I have no idea what is happening untill they tell me i have to pay my refund back! because they messed up. instead of calling me and letting me know they just send me bill after bill and then I call all confused saying i paid that already. they tell me that they had a bank mess up. and telling me if I don't pay this it is gana go to collections. yeah I am 23 years old and I dont want that on my record so now here i am paying for something late because they couldn't have the curtsey to call and inform their client of a company-wide mistake. so now just like always the customers have to be punished now I have no money because i have to pay my other car insurance.... so thank you all state i am no in great hands because you just took food out of my families mouth because you could not just do a simple thing as pick up the phone RIGHT when this happened and informed me. what if i never called and it would have gone to collections. then what. you as a company would have been responsible for that too. I paid because i am a responsible person. but I just want to show to everyone how horrible of a company you are and you couldn't even help a customer that was with you 3+ years. so whoever is reading this do not go to a insurance they will screw you over if your not paying attention read more
