My family and friends all told me that i could get a cheaper rate with another company and i still remained loyal because of the service i got. After doing business with them for so long I was give a higher rate of insurance after a finder bender where the only damage was to my car. My insurance doubled and with the raise in insurance added $200 more to the double rate hike. And to add insult to injury they deducted $337 from my account. And then informed me that I owed an additional $53 for canceling. When i spoke to them about what happened and how i felt about the decline in customer service was i was told that things had changed and that they had people to help them now that they were not as involved with customers as they where before. I sure wish i had gotten an update about that. When i spoke with Tonya she spoke to me as if i was someone off the street. There was no underwear but i was met with anger. Please take your business elsewhere. This situation has taught me that loyalty is only as far as your pocketbook will take you. Look out for you.

Broken windshield, dented hood and roof, and mechanical damage as well. The claims experience is great. I had rental car coverage and had a car the same day.
