I should have taken a harder look at the business coverage then. Then Covid hit, and my business was shutdown. No work. No income. Made about half the annual payments. CDF made no visits to my office for over 10 years. They didn't intervene to find savings due to reduced risk with my business being forced to close. Found coverage for 20% off the cost from a small broker in Wenatchee. Go out of Seattle for coverage. Now Liberty Mutual has cheesy law firms calling for payment. Don't do business with L.M. or CDF. CALL small town agencies with good reviews.

When I received the mail at home, I noticed the date and called the following day to restore my insurance to my desired date because There would be a two-week gap between my new and old insurance dates. Unfortunately, the guy only answered the phone and heard the issue for the first time. I gave them more than 5hours to get back to me, and my emails, texts, and calls have been ignored. This kind of agent bleeds you for a long time, and when you want to change to new insurance, they mistreat you. I will never recommend this agent to anyone. She has never been reachable by phone as insurance is highly sensitive. Very disappointed!

But the worst is that they quote a price for coverage, and then, many weeks later, we receive a notice from State Farm corporate that the price quoted was incorrect, too low - in fact, much too low, and we are billed an additional premium amount after the coverage was supposed to have already begun. In the latest situation, the Crelencia agency quoted us a price that was less than half what we were ultimately billed by State Farm. And this has happened twice in our dealings with this agency. Something is quite wrong here. These comments are not meant to reflect on State Farm, but on the Crelencia agency. We have dealt with State Farm for many, many years, and though State Farm is perhaps the most expensive coverage, they are also the best when it comes to filing a claim. But apparently they need to monitor their agents more diligently.

NEVER BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS AGENT OR STATE FARM!!!!…read more State Farm Insurance and their agent - Jim Jones are scamming consumers by sugar coating their offering and then ditching consumers as soon as they file claims. Recently, I have had to deal with huge amount of problem with their unethical and down right illegal business practices. Here's the run down: 1. They chose to kick me off my home policy, as soon as I filed a claim. The claim was 100% valid. If they had told me this is what would happened if I filed claim. I would have never bought insurance with them. Not to mention that I lost huge amount of money because of reduced insurance while switching. 2. Since my home policy was cancelled, there was no point in me keeping my auto policy with them as well. So I called them up on Dec 10th to cancel my auto policy effective Jan 4th 2012. Turns out the policy got cancelled on Dec 12th. I just found out, I have been driving without insurance for almost 2 weeks. 3. Not only did they decide to abruptly cancel my auto policy they also sent me additional bill to be paid. $124 to be exact. If anything I should be getting refund, not getting charged more because my rates went up or my discount no longer applied.

He questioned if the accident even happened as I had explained (like I have time to call companies and make false claims). He offered no assistance in terms of providing a solution for a rental car or helping me get my vehicle towed to a body shop. He said that was my responsibility to cover, even though it was his policyholder that hit my car. He said he would need to "validate" my claim with the company, even though the company stated that they had already spoken to PLC. I missed a return call from Dan, but he left a message where he stated they would file the claim, that day, with Liberty Mutual. I called him back to get more details on next steps and was put straight to voicemail. He is yet to call me back and neither has Dawn, the assigned agent that I left 2 messages for earlier in the day. As of this post, it has been over 24 hours and I have yet to hear back. Since I did not hear back from PLC by the end of the business day, I called the Liberty Mutual Commercial Division myself, so I could get an update. When I spoke with the claims department, they stated that a claim had not been filed, as I was told it would be by Dan. Insurance is one of those industries where you expect responsiveness and empathy. My interactions with PLC thus far have been completely opposite.

Jeff is different, and all it took was a quick meeting to see his professionalism, true smarts, and passion and care for his clients to come through. Jeff has tremendous attention to detail and a quest for knowledge of his craft. If I have any questions regarding coverage I know Jeff would know the answer - or find it out.
