I think I was scammed by this business. I have called several times over the past few weeks to get a refund and cancel the plan and no one has returned my calls or emails. Protect yourself and do not work with this agency.

Decided to switch insurance and did a quote online. Quick and easy application online but ran into…read morea couple of bumps. I received an email from Erik with my auto quote and to call with any questions. I had a few questions and Erik was able to take my call right away. He fixed my quotes due to some wrong address and told me about all the discounts available. I came in the office today to get everything set up and started. The office was easy to find parking is hit or miss though. They are located in downtown Elizabethtown, so public parking and not a private lot. So parking it shared by the courthouse and other places. The office is beautifully restored, tall ceilings and minimalist decor that just enough to be stylish and not overwhelming. Super friendly front desk and showed me wear Erik's office was located. Super easy to find, it was literally to the right of me, but still tho. Nice people! Erick was ready with my folder and get my policies started! I didn't have a couple of information was needed, but he was able to get everything started. I was able to call back the next day and bam! Easy and quick! So excited to start my new policies! Thanks to Erick Baumgardner and State Farm Insurance Team Travis Thomas!
