I recently bought a 2024 Elantra and added the truck to my insurance policy, which resulted in a monthly premium of over $270. After six months, when it came time to renew, my insurance rate increased. I called and spoke with Summer about this increase, the person who set up my policy. She explained that my truck's value had decreased, but the new car's value had increased, making it almost even in the end. When I asked her why my new car's insurance had gone up, her reasoning was convoluted and unconvincing; it seemed she couldn't provide a satisfactory explanation. I was shocked that an insurance company couldn't clarify why a good driver like me had faced a rate increase. Eventually, I found a different reputable insurance agency that offered me a policy for $95 less per month and included car rental coverage, which would have been more expensive with State Farm. I recommend looking into other insurance agencies before choosing State Farm, or at least this particular office. They didn't make any effort to understand why my insurance had increased, and Summer seemed indifferent about my search for alternatives. It's no wonder people aren't flocking to this company; the customer service is really poor.

I received an email from Erik with my auto quote and to call with any questions. I had a few questions and Erik was able to take my call right away. He fixed my quotes due to some wrong address and told me about all the discounts available. I came in the office today to get everything set up and started. The office was easy to find parking is hit or miss though. They are located in downtown Elizabethtown, so public parking and not a private lot. So parking it shared by the courthouse and other places. The office is beautifully restored, tall ceilings and minimalist decor that just enough to be stylish and not overwhelming. Super friendly front desk and showed me wear Erik's office was located. Super easy to find, it was literally to the right of me, but still tho. Nice people! Erick was ready with my folder and get my policies started! I didn't have a couple of information was needed, but he was able to get everything started. I was able to call back the next day and bam!
