Not only did they find the lowest premiums for the coverage we wanted when we moved to CT, but since then, they've reviewed my policies on their own & contacted us, before renewing, to start with a better policy! Which brings me to my second reason.. 2. Terrific customer service! Doesn't matter if I handle things in the office or by phone and email, I'm treated as a valued customer by friendly & helpful people. I don't recall being left on hold for long periods of time, and when I'm promised a return call, it's come in a timely fashion. No aggregation at all!
