Yes, Yancee Hardy is a great Agent, but his Administrator Loni is exceptional and I think the administrator can be the deal breaker for many agencies. She is exceptionally kind and customer focus to the point where she helped me find my new agent in Batavia, IL. She called several agents in the surrounding area to get a feel for what type of service was out here. After talking to several agents, we found one that suited our wants and needs. But with her help and guidance it made the process much easier and smoother. If you're looking for a new agent, I would at least recommend that you call the office and speak with Loni and get a feel for their genuine interest for their customers and their expertise in industry. They do tricky stuff to get more money from you…read more A while back they said I could get cheaper car insurance if I also opted for a life insurance plan. So my car insurance went from $100 to $70 with $25 in life insurance. So it seemed like a good deal. However when I cancelled my car insurance they didn't cancel the life insurance. And when I tried to cancel the life insurance I had to submit a cancellation form in person, which was denied 3 times for various reasons. Bottom line, I think they were playing tricks, and they might do this sort of thing if you ever try to make a claim.

Over the past couple of years, I've reached out to him and his team several times. They have been pleasant, knowledgeable, and very capable in addressing all of my concerns and resolving any issues. (Sadly, I am not the easiest person to serve) Last month my car was hit by a US Foods semi parked in the middle of the turn lanes in downtown Provo. Apparently the driver did not see my car beside him (in the driving lane), and he pulled into it when the light turned green in front of my car. Bryant and his team provided some valuable assistance in navigating this situation. I highly recommend Bryant to other customers with high expectations who are also concerned about costs.

The professional home inspection i had done a few months prior doesn't mention that faucet, so it was obviously a sudden and unexpected thing. So I filed my FIRST and ONLY claim, and it took these sloths over a month before they FINALLY decided to NOT pay for ANY of the damage, citing "wear and tear" of the faucet. Apparently they expect you to have brand new plumbing fixtures in your house at ALL times. Even before you move in to an older house. And this was after i spent $1900 on a tree trimming service that their inspector said was necessary to keep the policy open. The ONLY thing they were concerned with from the beginning was finding a way to avoid paying the claim. I have filed a formal complaint with the State of Utah and am currently looking for a new insurance company. But honestly, what is the point of even having insurance if they have loopholes for every situation?? What a SCAM!!!!
