However my cancellation email was responded to in a timely manner. I went to another broker: over 40% off this year's renewal rate (felt so cheap we even added 10% coverage but we were under covered before). The only explanation I can come up with is they aren't into brokering condo insurance (anymore?) and they didn't care whether I stayed with them or paid an obscene rate.
