Why would I continue with your agency when my husband and I have received some of the worse customer service over the years. Last time I called and left a messages; I never received a callback. Therefore, I was determined to move my business to a different agency. After my research we determine that we wanted to continue our policies with Safeco and Selective, but no longer wanted your agency to provide service. I'm pretty sure that losing our business doesn't really matter to you, if it had you would at least called to discuss our decision. We have been with this agency for many years and I have gone back and forth and decided with our homeowner policy coming up for renewal now is the time to leave. Therefore our homeowner policy has been moved to our new agent. In September our auto policy will also move to our new agent. Why is it important to you who will be handling our policies going forward. Our new agent has gone an extra mile helping us transfer our homeowner policy even though they will not receive commission for the auto policy until the renewal. I prefer not to answer your question regarding who is our new agent.

For starters, the person I was working with pushy, rude, not helpful with questions, and overall just a difficult to communicate with. It seemed like her only goal was getting me in and out with signed paperwork asap. It was just myself at closing and I had asked her role, the process for the day, and a few questions pertaining to the title company. She was dismissive and told me to talk to my lawyer. I was in her office to go through the paperwork with my lawyer, on speaker phone, and she started making copies/talking to someone on the phone. It was distracting and I couldn't hear my lawyer so I asked if there was a quiet room. She was oblivious and made it seem like I was making a ridiculous request. I was moved to a quiet room which was much better. She kept coming in the room when I was on the phone with my lawyer and would but in and start talking. It was very odd. Near the end of the process, I heard her say to one of the other employees "Is that guy still here?" She had already delivered her final paper work maybe 10 minutes prior while I was on the phone with my loan office working through the esign portion. I was in shock. I called her out and she claimed her tone was not rude (it was). All she had to do was look through the glass door or floor to ceiling glass windows on the conference room to answer her question. The ensuing conversation was her just gaslighting me about her not being rude, me not understanding how a title company works, etc. I ended up leaving to complete the rest of the documents at home. Honestly a wild, traumatic experience. I would absolutely avoid this place if you can.

They never answer the phone or returned my calls. Axel was suppose to look into a pricing issue I was having with my vehicle policy. Nothing was ever resolved and didn't return my call to explain this to me. I gave up and decided to go with a new company. When I called to cancel my policy, I gave them a specific date I wanted it to be cancelled. The person on the phone tried to argue with me on my renewal date. Called back a few minutes later to tell me I was right. A few days later, I found out they decided to cancel that same day I called to cancel. This is 2 weeks before I asked them to. Called to inquire about this cancelation error but they had no idea what happened. They said they were going to look into it and would call me back. Doubt they will. Wouldn't be surprised if they did it out of spite for canceling my policy. DONT GO HERE. FIND A DIFFERENT OFFICE. Update: They in fact did cancel my policy. Called to inquire. They told me they had to call underwriting and they would give me a call back before 5pm. I called the office at 4:50 after not receiving a call. They told me they were able to fix it. I asked for ID cards to be emailed to me. It is past 5:00 pm. I have not received the ID cards.

I was off work on a weekday and in the midst of running a slew of errands, I decided to drop in to…read morethis new State Farm office. I didn't know if I needed to make an appointment or if I could just walk in but I decided what the hell? I entered this very clean and well organized office and was promptly greeted by an older woman who made me feel right at home. I informed her I was interested in getting a quote for my auto and home. The woman walked me over to another gal, Shirley, who politely introduced herself and was more than willing to put together some pricing for me upon my arrival. I thought, for sure, I would have to run home to get her some more info but with today's technology, I was able to pull up my current coverage right on my phone and give her some info so she could compare apples to apples. We went through our auto policies, my home owners policy and I let her give me a quote for life insurance, as well. Shirley and I found that we both use Yelp and started talking about different spots the other one needs to try. We had a nice meeting and she informed me they are collecting Toys for Tots in their office. That made me pretty happy to see! I left feeling like I knew a little more about my current policies as well as more knowledge about my insurance options than I ever knew before. Shirley answered all of my questions and explained things in a manner I could actually understand. They're quotes were better than what we're currently paying and after years of working with an insurance agent I have never even met in person, I definitely want to do business with this State Farm agent and his friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to making the change over, dealing with some incredibly nice people and meeting Scott in person. Check these guys out and ask for Shirley...she's awesome and knows her stuff!

I called and emailed over and over, and they never got back to me, almost causing me to lose the mortgage! Luckily, I was able to find a competent agency last-minute to save the mortgage. Even worse, they never canceled my condo insurance, which I just found out several months later! They cost me tons of money! Get insurance literally anywhere else. They will end up costing you way more in the long run!
