I have had auto and homeowner's insurance with this agency for over 20 years, but recently…read moreincompetent associates have been hired. Last year I walked into the agency and wrote a check for boatowner's insurance. I made the check out for that day to start the insurance. The associate chose an alternate date out of her head to start the insurance. I was very upset and it took three associates to correct her mistake. This year, I sold a car and called the agency to remove the car from my insurance. The associate said he was working remotely from home. Instead of cancelling the insurance, he sent me a bill and renewal cards for the car. So I called back and explained the error to another associate who was likewise working remotely from home. She apologized for the mistake and said she would correct it. Instead, she changed the renewal date for my other car. My insurance on that car is paid through July 6, but she changed it to June 9th. Plus she added that there is a change in "owner information." Jeff, get control of your associates or I will take my insurance business elsewhere.
