My boyfriend and I were looking for a home throughout 2016-2018, throughout that time, I believe some where in 2017 we got a hold of Matt's business card and switched over to him to be our home loan lender. He made the process easy! He was so kind! He wasn't pushy, invasive, or demanding. Matt was super knowledgable and informative. He kept us in the loop at all times, but wasn't overbearing with the contact. He provided us with factual data and talked with our realtor (who is a close friend and our advisory throughout the process) to keep him in the loop as well (in which was what we wanted). He also talked in plain english with us - he didn't ever try to schmooze us over with fancy words or confuse us with mortgage lingo. Matt is smart, thorough, helpful, and willing to work. Unfortunately, the home builder we went with swayed us use their mortgage company and that process seemed to be a nightmare compared to Matt. However, we still contacted Matt throughout the process of the home loan with the builder's mortgage company, because he was open, honest, and truthful and could help us understand all the numbers and paperwork that was being thrown at us. We learned how important it is to have a home loan lender that blends with your personality - next time we plan to use Matt.
