We were out on vacation and came back to see water damage in the laundry area and surrounding areas. Since it leaked over the course of a week or so, this caused mold buildup. Your policy CLEARLY indicates that damage resulting from an immediate incident caused by a sudden leak is covered: https://www.allstate.com/tr/home-insurance/water-damage.aspx It's also highlighted in my HO policy. And yet I was denied coverage! I can understand there's some exclusions, for example if the leak had been going on for months or years (and we didn't maintain). sent pics, and evidence of wet walls and mold. We didn't have any mold before the leak, so this doesn't make any sense. I have a family, and we don't want to get sick as a result of not being covered. This is ridiculous, and you should be ashamed of yourselves! I thought we were in Good Hands? Only thing your "hands" are good at are stealing from your customers!

In addition to owing money, I also got a bill from the IRS for interest. I also had to then pay a competent preparer (not one from this office) to amend my return.
