Takes over 2 weeks for an adjuster to look at the car while it sat in the shop. We decided to fix the car but kept getting calls like we were totaling it from people at claims. After re-explaining it several times they said there was an error in the system. Now we rent a car 2 weeks in as we were able to save State Farm money and car share for the first few weeks. Now they refuse to reimburse us for the rental because it was not in the first 7 days of getting settlement. "Firmly stated in writing in the contract". Nice folks at the agency but terrible experience with the claims department. Guess who is calling Progressive.
