You can also tell that he was there to serve his clients and he would do whatever it takes to provide the support they were looking for even if it took a little longer to get it done. When I think about great customer support, this is what you would hope/ expect to receive. I ended up signing a policy with him and I will be sending friends and family to him in the future without a doubt.
