Both of my friends left them as well for the same reasons. I love referring good services for businesses and dislike very much finding out I was wrong. There are thousands of great insurance agencies on Long Island, this one is the absolute worst. They helped me so many different ways over the years, I have learned so much because of Them and wanted to say thanks. The old building use to be on route 107. The building was ok but you could tell it needed much work. Back then I dealt with Christine, she was the first Insurance Agent I ever talked to. She explained everything to me, then 17, about the penalty of bad driving. After years of dealing with them at that location they moved to this, the location they are currently at. What a beautiful, clean, well operated Agency. When I first came here I dealt with Terry. What a incredible woman. She helped me out in so many ways. Sometimes we talked about things unrelated to insurance. Terry just cared. That was great learning and she was never one not to give a lesson or look for a discount for me. I recommend if your new to the driving game and need to know the ins and outs, give State Farm a look. And drive safe, it's a jungle out there!
