Instead of properly resolving the issue, I received a reinstatement letter requiring six months of premium upfront. This feels unfair and punitive, especially considering that I fulfilled my payment responsibility. This situation caused unnecessary stress and disruption. I expected better communication, proper payment verification procedures, and fair treatment as a customer. I hope this company reviews how situations like this are handled so other customers do not experience the same issue. At this point, I am exploring my options moving forward.
